Long drive... And steak n shake said open til 2 I said pleaseee be open! It was and busy... Billy was really nice and our food... was hot and delicious! Genuinely horrible customer service. Woman at the drive through was rolling her eyes and her neck at me, yelled at me, and tried... to argue with me when I asked a question about my order. I'm not one to leave negative reviews....but this experience was prettybad. And it was definitely the woman's attitude toward her job and the customers. Read more
If you're in the mood for cold stale fries, sprite with zero syrup and the nastiest customer service then load up the family and... go to this place! You know even though all things were bad I said thank you and just didn't eat. Employee was so nasty when Iwas friendly I couldn't imagine had I complained. Oh yeah the milkshake was good. Read more
Haven't eaten here in a while. I got the garlic steak burger and it was really good. Different setup you go to a kisok first and... then sit down. I know you have to listen to your name or order number but I wasn't able to hear because I was with my autisticson and he was making noise. The staff that was there was on it and helped me. She was so awesome. She was helpful and alwaysasked if she can help. It's tough because since it is kinda self service she doesn't get tipped so I did. The food here is terrible. Tasted nothing but grease. The fries were old, stale and cold. The burger meat tasted like frozen... patties that just needed to be used. I did not even finish my food. Took one bite and knew I couldn't. Only good thing aboutthis place is the sprite. I feel like I need to eat a salad and wash my face. Read more
