They mess up my order every time. One instance I ordered a grande coffee and they gave me a tall and I asked if they could fix... my order since I paid for a grande, this man really just poured it into a grande cup and then just added ice and milk toit?absolutely shocked with these people who work at this location. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to! I ordered a Tall White Chocolate Mocha and when I got it it only had about 1.5... inches of coffee/flavoring in the cup. The rest was foam. When questioned the manager said that is the way it comes. Not truebecause I?ve NEVER had this happen before anywhere. I had to argue with them to replace it with a regular cup of black coffee.Do you think they offered to refund the difference in the cost of the plane coffee, nope. I will let everyone know not to wastetheir money at this Starbucks and the 8 people that work there are rude and useless. Read more

6/28/22-What a great, brand new shop. Excellent, quick and efficient service. Delicious drinks were served up as well as a tasty... lemon cake. The shop takes Starbucks app pay and mobile orders, making it really convenient! Stop in if you?re at Mayo. Also,there is AMPLE seating! There?s so much room to get comfortable if you?d like to enjoy your order. My wife says she was reallyimpressed by its size and cleanliness. Kudos! Thanks! I loved my sweat cream nitro, which oddly is hard to find nowadays.6/28/22-UPDATE: what a difference one day makes! So, my wife and I had such a good experience, we came back for coffee the nextmorning about 7 a.m. after my 6:30 a.m. blood tests (ugh). They were overwhelmed and had a big line. So we thought we would besmart and make a ?mobile order? big mistake. We waited about 12 minutes and I decided to get up and inquire what was going on.They LOST our order. I had to show it to them twice on my phone. And even as they stared at my phone, they were highly confused.The sad thing was ultimately our order was sitting there with the other stickers so they just didn?t bother to look at themobile order machine. That?s really sad. So they clearly have a very busy morning crowd why can?t they get with the program? Sothis place is hit or miss depending on the day and how are you go. This Starbucks is the best ever!!! Sheridan and Rihanna always make my drink with Love. And the manger Amber is the best, her... customer service skills is always on point and she teach the team to do the same. They greet you when you walk in the door. Ican?t remember everyone?s names but I can say I never had a bad experience here and I go almost everyday since they been opened.And nobody paid me to post this!!! Read more

Long wait, rude staff and my salted caramel cold foam cold brew with light ice had extra ice and zero foam. When I pointed this... out instead of offering to remake it . The barista claimed it did have foam. Read more

This is one of the best Star Bucks I have ever visited. The staff is extraordinary, nice and personable. The service impeccable,... the iced black tea my absolute favorite. Would not hesitate to go back time after time. Read more

The coffee drink I ordered was excellent, but the service was embarrassing. As I paid my bill in cash, I replied no need for... change. My only thought at that moment was to make the transaction easy...I didn't yet have time or an offer to include a tip. As the young lady completed my transaction, she loudly said, "Oh boy, lucky us!" And she put the few coins into the tip jar.Clearly most people at the Mayo Clinic are here for serious health issues and we don't need to be belittled my servers atStarbucks. I would've been happy to leave a tip if the service warranted it. I didn't get the young ladies name, but she hadglasses and dyed flamingo pink hair. I hope she had a better day than we had, as we received more bad news about cancer. Read more
