SERENITY: This message is for you. I tried calling the Starbucks store but there was no answer. I was in there yesterday with my... daughter and I took some things out on you. (It started with you guys being out of oatmilk). It just happened to be the verylast straw for me that day. You didn't deserve my unforgivable rudeness, but you handled it very well. I ordered a white chocolate mocha yesterday and the guy at I ordered it to gave me a regular mocha. I didn't realize it until I... was almost home so I turned around and went back. The guy who had taken my order said that he didn't understand what I asked forand then he asked me if I still had the regular mocha, which I did, he then refunded me the money for the regular mocha andcharged me more for the white chocolate mocha. I understand that he was doing his job but for my inconvenience of having todrive all the way back to Starbucks he should have done a better job. Read more
Haven?t been to Starbucks in months and after today?s visit I remember why I stopped going. The caramel Frappuccino had zero... flavor?. It was gross and again a waste of money. If Starbucks would be somewhat consistent it wouldn?t be that bad but my drinktastes different every time. Read more

Such awesome people here! They were extremely helpful about finding me a vegan drink and when I got one I didn't like they... insisted to make a different one thank you so much to all three of the workers that were there at about 535pm! so helpful youguys are awesome and it was the best starbucks experience yet! Amazing customer service, powerful united front among the staff and a customer-driven approach to all things performed and done... for the customers. Customers have a seemless experience here and would never realize that this Starbucks was and is not a standalone Starbucks as it is in the Target brand. I come daily and love the staff and the leadership. Others love this place aswell and I believe there needs to be more room to accomodate the demand for your busy times and carts with children in it.
