Bad service after putting my drink out could not even make eye contact or say have a nice day! Asked for a spoon for my frappe... and was ignored by staff right in front of me. Not coming back ever ...Rather pay one or two bucks for a coffee at McDonalds forthis kind of service. $7 for what!? Read more
We usually have a good experience here but this time we waited 30 minutes and never got our drinks. So we got a refund. We keept... getting told "Your drink is next". Even new customers were getting their coffees done and ours ignored even after communicatingmultiple times. Wife was having a rough day and it made it worse. Ended up going to target down Beach Blvd and they made anamazing one at that Starbucks. Do better starbucks the baristas response was "I hate when that happens I'm sorry" what do youmean you hate that?, it shouldn't be a reoccurring issue. Read more
The older lady at the window walked away to take another order when I was trying to pay . She didn?t say hold on or excuse me .... I had to wave down another employee to take my order . Very rude service Read more
To much ice. Never had this much ice in this drink ???? Not enough coffee. Half gone after to sips.
Rude staff keeps the power off to all of the electrical outlets outside. I had work to do and my dog with me, so I couldn't work... inside the store. They "had no idea" why it wasn't working. If there three outlet boxes that are in a close location, chancesare that either a fuse is blown or the fuse is off. Way to make it inconvenient. Read more
Never disappointed at Starbucks. It's worth every dime I spend. I always get good coffee and cappuccinos. If you never had their... double smoke bacon sandwich you're missing a treat. Absolutely delicious!!! Read more
