Hit and miss at this place. Monday's crew was perfect. Today, they watered down their lemonade, for one drink, and when I ask... for extra sweet cream for the cold brew, they literally put 3/4 of the cup with sweet cream(it's on the sticker even thoughthat's not what I asked for) and a splash of coffee. So sweet I can't even drink it. I guess that's their way of being a smarta$$ since I asked for "extra". Crazy how some people think they're "worth" more pay, but can't even do the job they have withany pride or honor. Again, Monday's crew should get a raise, Wednesday's crew should get retrained. This was the worst service I have received going to a Starbucks. I always visit a Starbucks no matter where I am. Today I did... the same thing and ordered on my app. When I arrived I went inside to check for my order but it wasn't ready. So I waited forthe barista to call name when my drink was completed. This never happened each time the barista just put the completed drinkdown but never alerted anyone as to who drink it was. You literally had to walk up each time and look on the drink to see if itbelong to you. Unacceptable since we are still in the covid era. Read more

Staff is always so friendly here and the environment is always welcoming. This is by far my most favorite Starbucks location... that I've been to yet. Everything we have tried on the menu has been nothing less than amazing. Even our kids love going hereand seeing their favorite baristas! Read more
I placed my order at 9:59AM. I got my two drinks at 10:23!! I received my 2 chocolate croissants very fast. They were extremely... cold by the time I got my drinks , I even had them toasted. Everyone is NOT on the same team mentally. The amount of remakingdrinks I witnessed was insane. I am very dissatisfied with this location today. Read more
