This is my normal Starbucks to go to as the entire staff is so sweet and kind! This morning I made my order and forgot to ask... for no whip and they handed me the drink and asked if it was supposed to have whip and I said I had forgotten to ask for none,they remade my drink even though it was my own fault! I am not sure where they get there staff from however they are super kool and amazing. They are friendly, kind, smart, and some... are pretty funny. They work well together as a team and their daily questions on their small white board is pretty kool. Thestore is usually clean from what I can see and they make their coffee drinks exactly how how it looks in the picture. That is aplus for me. The vibe in there is usually high when I go. I am going to need the owner to fix that pothole in the drivethrough! Read more
Ive never felt so compelled to leave a review until today. I came in during the free holiday cup time this morning already... expecting chaos? It was actually pretty chill just one person ahead of me in line. Once i ordered the guy was super responsiveand nice to me he didn?t rush me or anything. While i was waiting for my drinks the barista doing my drinks asked if i wantedwhipped cream since my drinks were nondairy which was super nice of him to ask first. Only reason I?m giving this location a 3 star review instead of a 1 star review is because some of the staff is very sweet and... very helpful. I come to this location often as I work nearby. However, today a woman that appeared to be a manager or shift leadreally made it awkward to be inside waiting for my drinks. She was audibly screaming in the back at someone and I heard at leastone curse word all the way in the front of the store while waiting for my order to be completed. She proceeded to come backtowards the front where everyone else was working so hard to take care of the many customers in the drive through as well asinside customers. When she came back, she started talking very loud and rude to an associate trying to make drinks and it wassuper inappropriate. Not the best display of management. Every other time I?ve been to this location, it?s been amazing and thestaff is always so sweet and accommodating. Though I won?t stop coming here for my coffee, I hope not to have to run back intothat one manager. No one deserves to be spoken to the way she was yelling at her team. Read more
Serviceable Starbucks. Kind of cookie cutter stuff. Nothing special. Staff was quick and moved on. Restroom could be cleaner,... but all fine. Location is outside the mall so that helps with not having to go into the mall for coffee fix. Read more
Service is excellent and surprisingly fast; even for the morning rush. Make sure you ask for Ashley as your Barista. He makes... the best drinks so fast she should get a ticket for speed. Read more
