They?ve messed up my order too many times this week. I order an iced chai tea, I get some pumpkin drink I hated. I ordered TWO... ICED DRINKS and got TWO HOT DRINKS. I have an important test today, and all I wanted was my drink. Two chances to get it right,both failed. We ordered a grandê pink drink, was like $5.50. Most expensive cup of ice I've ever bought. What a shame. I can understand... keeping the drink cold, but filling the entire cup with ice is completely overboard, I've attached pic, what do y'all think? Read more
The dine-in area is closed for some reason. Drive-thru and mobile order is the only option. I highly don?t recommend going... through the drive-thru during busy times, because the parking lot is small! Read more
I would give a 5 star review because I always get great service but they need to get the drive thru straight. People pull up in... front and act like they are going around the building but instead jump in line in front of you. It happened twice back to back.I had already been waiting 10 minutes. When I called to complain Kayla said she was sorry but there was nothing she could do. Ileft and went to Dunkin Donuts. I'm an avid Starbucks latte drinker and am there everyday. I think they need to fix the drivethru to keep this from happening in the future. Some People have no courtesy these days. Read more
Most difficult and most challenging location in town. The drive-thru is incredibly difficult to navigate and makes the entire... parking lot for all the other shops useless, yet they insist on being drive-thru only. It's 2022 and has nothing to do withcovid. Incredibly frustrating. Read more
Placed an order thru the app. The inside store is closed, drive thru only. 8 cars in drive thru. I guess the coffee waitress was... having a bad day. I kindly asked her; when will the store be opened back inside? her response; in a sarcastic tone with a smile;never. Stay away from this Starbucks. Coffee is not good, service is worse. Read more
