Walked in to get my drinks and literally every employee was complaining and said not a single one wanted to be there. And to... boot my drink had oatmilk instead of soy milk like I had ordered. Not exactly a welcoming environment. Read more

I?ve been to many Starbucks in different states over the years. I?m visiting here in Jacksonville and I needed my iced coffee!... This location was perfect for where I?m staying. The service was very friendly and quick. Sometimes when a drive through isbusy, the inside orders may get put on hold. But not here during the two times I came! Standard Starbucks with great service. Met a friend here. Had the barista explain the cold coffee and she did a great... job. Coffee was great as usual at Starbucks. They are certainly consistent. This store is at the corner of Philips Highway andJTB. Went in a Sunday afternoon. Parking was easy probably due to the time of day. They do have a drive thru. Read more
They heard my order wrong at first, but I ended up with the right stuff. Also, I had asked for the brownie not heated, but they... heated it anyway. It's good that way in a dish with ice-cream, but not when eating with your fingers. Read more
