I went to the drive thru and waited in a long line to give my order. When I finally got to the order board to order,I was told... they weren't taking anymore orders and no explanation was given at first. When I asked why wouldn't they take my order afterwaiting so long in the long line and it was nowhere near closing time,I was finally told that the cook walked out. I then askedfor the corporate # and was told multiple times that there wasn't a number but I could look online! I was so floored by theresponse that I didn't move and asked for the manager. Finally the manager came to the order board and took my order. My orderwas complete but my tater tots were luke warm. I didn't bother with saying anything about them and just left being grateful thatmy burger was hot and my shake cold. Read more

I visited the Regency store on 10/16/22 and ordered 2 blast. One was an Oreo blast without the Oreo. It had crumbs on top only... that you would shake from the bottom of the package. The other was suppose to be strawberry cheesecake and it contained greengunk and paper. I called the store after I reached home and they told me they could remake it. I went back today to be told noma?am we will not remake it and advised me they couldn?t give me corporates info and to go online to search for it. The managerI spoke to was named Shi or at least that?s the fake name I was given. This is a horrible store and I strongly recommend notpatronizing this place. Read more

I went here for late lunch around 2:30pm and they were not busy. In fact we were the only ones there and the lady told us to... wait. We waited for more than 10 mins with no service, so we left. 1 star because i couldn't review without picking one. The drive in option is NOT an option. They won't take order order. They... also won't take your order if you walk up to the window. They make you use the drive thru. Not to mention, last night i went toget dinner and a rude female yells out the intercom that her card machine was down and it was going to be at least 20 min. Iwatched 4 other vehicles drive away. This place is losing money. I should of known because the lot is always empty everytime Idrive around this area. BUT!! I decided to give it one more try today. So my kid and I went for dinner tonight. So Let's startwith the lack of friendliness and manners that the crew had. No hello, no hi, no kind human being gesture, no you're welcome.Nada. As i waited for my food at the window, I noticed the sink faucet was running water but noone was using the sink. It justkept running water, wasting it away. The juice machine for the slushies was caked on with sticky stuff everywhere. The flavorbottles looked like they've never been replaced. Just syrup stuck to the outside of the bottle and pump. The ticket window theyuse between the person in the back and the person in the front had grease caked on there real good. I told the female "noonions" on my regular hotdog i asked for. And what was i blessed with? -- a soggy hotdog bun, bathed in onions and old mustardwith relish. See picture below. The tater tots were overcooked and tasted like old frying oil. The guy that cashed me outdidn't have manners either. I thanked him for everything and he just handed me the bag without saying a word. No receipt wasgiven to me either, so i can't even claim that i was here besides the picture below. Best part of my meal? Was my Dr pepper.And i don't even know what the ice machine looks like. I will never eat here again. Your food gave me food poisoning for 3 days straight. I?m talking about hours at a time on the... toilet! Lost a lot of sleep and work Vomiting and having Diarrhea. Although I?m pretty sure there was only two highly underpaid workers, and a line wrapped around the building, everything was... amazing. Our order was brought out promptly (to the best of their ability). Our milkshakes were spun with care, and the slushie;packed with extra flavor. There was no one in front of me and yet the woman at the window was extremely impatient and rude even though she asked for a... minute when I pulled up and I told her to take her time. I asked her to read me back my order at the window before I paid tomake sure that everything looked right, she just rudely handed me the receipt to read. I gave it back and never actually gotanother receipt. When they give you your food they don?t even speak to you at all. I ordered cheese tots and got chili cheesetots(their chili is disgusting). We ordered pretzels and got no cheese. I thought that the saving grace would be the breakfastburrito, but it was so greasy that it wasn?t edible.
