Ordered our food through the Sonic mobile app, to get mobile only deals, while sitting in one of the "dining room only" spots.... When I tried to go inside to get my order, the doors were locked. The app only gave me two options to get my food. Go inside orgo to a stall. So, since I couldn't go inside, I went to a stall. The first one I pulled into, the touch screen wasn't evenworking. So I went to another and put the stall number in the app as requested so they could get me my order. My name and suchappeared on the stall touchscreen so it appeared they were working on my order. 30 min goes by and I decide to press the redbutton to call someone. I asked the girl that came on the speaker if I needed to go through the drive-thru to get my order or ifI was okay where I was at? I didn't mind at all if I had to go through the drive-thru, since I had already tried to go inside toget it. The girl on the speaker said no, I was fine where I was and that my food would be coming shortly. Within minutes, myorder said it was being delivered to me on the stall touchscreen. Sounds great, except we sat at the stall for another 30minutes still with no food or sign of it coming. So I decide to just go through the drive-thru to ask about my order. I pulledup to the speaker and noticed printed signs stuck to the drive-thru menu board..."We have no ice. Ice cream machine is broken.Speaker is broken so you'll have to speak loudly. We won't take orders from the window!" The girl comes on the drive-thruspeaker and I tell her that I am here to pickup a mobile order and that I was the one already sitting in a stall for an hour.She asks me my name and tells me to pull up to the window. Once at the window, they give me my order in about 5-10 minutes. Noapologies or anything were said for my hour long wait. I was patient and polite through the entire ordeal. Nice try on the $40 worth of milkshakes tonight. It's a bunch of large soft serve ice cream with toppings like oreo, snickers, ... etc. Like I said, $40 worth of soft serve disguised as blended milkshakes. What a scam. Read more

This place looks like it's abandoned most of the lights were off intercoms to drive thru out of order and the ones to park also.... Bathrooms dirty paper towel machine jammed. They didn't have bacon But food was decent. It's a very good area You guys got tostep up your game. Read more
The lights were off but they were home! ???? We went around 9pm and tried to park and order but only the drive through was open.... Didn't matter food was DelIcIoOus! Okay, I had the worst pregnancy craving for Sonic but all of the ones in town had terrible reviews. I finally stopped by this... one and got my fix. Not sure why all the reviews are so terrible but it was delicious and service was good 10/10 in my good. Read more
I'll start out by saying that the food was very good and the young lady who took our order was exceptionally pleasant. That... being said, the dining tables had not been cleaned and we were there before the lunch rush. The entrance Door had what I assumedwas coke or tea splattered across it and needed to be cleaned.
