Horrible customer service. We pulled into a parking spot with the order box and was instructed that they were only serving... through drive thru. So we pulled through drive thru and sat for 30 plus minutes. I really think you need better employees who dotheir job. They had 10 plus cars pull off cause of their horrible service. Read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I waited for over 30 mins in the DRIVE THRU just for our order to not be... taken. No one responded on the headset to even tell us they would be with us in a few minutes or anything. We waited for 20minutes at the pull up and order where? you push the red button and no one picked up. Then another 15 minutes in the drive thruand never got our order even taken. Literally the worst service. And they were open. And we weren?t even acknowledged oranything. Lots of people drove off because of no one responding to either ways of placing your order. Read more

We came to Sonic on Beach Blvd. to get out and enjoy the fresh 70 degree air after the rain. But as usual this sonic has the... worst service by far, especially after waiting about 40 minutes for 1 shark week slush, a double cheeseburger, and a mini reecesblast. Sounds simple enough right. The "manager" Helena, told us we were in the drive thru, after we were asked three times whatstall we were at which was #24. The manager stated she has a protocol that she needs to follow a receipt and not based of whatus the hungry, and patient customers were saying. The manager also stated "ME TOO," after we simply stated we're hungry and justwanted the correct order, but continously told us we were in the drive thru, which is why our order was canceled. After 4attempts to get the right she offered us $1 dollar off, which it wasn't about, we just wanted service. Her efforts to physicallycome out and solve this issue only made us a last time customer of that location. Helena doesn't deserve to be a manager andthose employees need to be trained properly. Ordered through the app while sitting in the stall. Took 25 minutes to get 3 ice creams. When I went to inquire where our ice... creams were and to get a refund I could see them sitting there and the girl said "no your order only came in 19 minutes ago." 19minutes is still ridiculous for ice cream and it was served partially melted. When I pointed out it was melted she said "no wejust made them." Definitely not worth the time...came here to celebrate toddlers accomplishment and poor guy fell asleepwaiting. Read more

After waiting 15 min at the pull up we were told drive thru only, ok whatever I understand, after waiting 35 min in the drive... thru we were told we couldn?t split the payment, ok fine whatever, the issue and reason I?m upset is after all that time Iordered a jumbo popcorn chicken just to get more fried bits than chicken. Why does this restaurant not care that much? How cany?all be ok with sending that out? Have some respect for yourself and your chain, just shameful. If you?re reading this don?tever waste your time on this place that doesn?t care about you being there. I?ll never return to that dump. Also the chicken wascold and inedible. Shakes were good though. So I don?t not recommend this place at all , first of all I didn?t not get a Receipt ?. the lady on the phone was mad rude that... I will never eat there again and it was my first time eating at sonic in a long time but today I found a leaf in my strawberryslush , I have a understanding that some strawberries have leaf but this is not okay look like they have not read the servesafe book and they should not be in good service at all ????????????????????? I live about 4/6 minutes away from this store location. I?ve arrived to this store 3 different nights in the past week, only... to be told they are closed each visit due to all reason that don?t make since. i arrived at 10:58pm on august 4th couldnt beserved because manager was outside and nobody to make order was inside 11:15pm august 10th because they had to take a break &11:20 august 18th because minor want home early. I?m at manger at Wendy?s (3910 University Blvd W Jacksonville, FL 32217 UnitedStates) I?ve ran my shift 5:30am-5:30pm with three ppl before there is no excuse why it can?t be done for a hour. So when askedfor a number to speak with he the guy in the said oh closed the door made himself drinks and left out the other door. When ain?tthe manager in red via phone call she proceeded to hang up so i called multiple times watching her hit the end button she locksall doors and ignored me then came outside threatening to send me to jail if i didnt leave the property.
