So I haven?t ordered here in a long time because well if you are from 103rd you already know why. I went like 40 minutes ago and... ordered 70 dollars worth of food. I ordered my food and it was out in like 8 minutes everything was hot and fresh. Due to asmall confusion when I ordered the manager came out within 30 seconds and fixed it. I had that bag of food with in a fewminutes. All staff from the person who took my order, the person who brought it out, and the manager was all amazing and sopolite. If I could give them 15,000 stars today, I would. I was so scared to even try eating from here again and because oftoday I will be back. Thank y?all for making me not hate 103rd sonic anymore! So went there to grab a bite before going to work and open my bag to find a few fries in there not even close to being filled.... Not the first time I had issue but figure everybody has bad nights. What did I pay for? Read more

I have been going to this location for years and the last year or so, it's just going downhill. Service is extremely slow at the... drive in and food is mediocre at best. Today, you could taste that they needed to change their oil. My drink was flat. Tots weregross because of the old oil. I'm not coming back. Sonic is awesome, THIS sonic is not. Read more

Generally this sonic is a great one, no problems that they don't usually fix. But this time around no mozzarella sticks, this... wouldn't have been an issue if I wasn't informed AFTER I paid. Also the leadership was amazing, the manager was very nice, whatlowered this score was the blatant disrespect and disregard of the CREW to their leadership. It was busy, the line was LONG butthere was no sense of urgency, some back talk, and others just not caring about directions given. This particular shift wasrough and though I love this location the crew needs an attitude adjustment. Read more

Horrible service. First of all they told us they was only have drive thru, which is fine. So during the order, they told us... they didn't have the big patties to make some of the orders they had on the menu, which is fine also, so we made our order. Then we waited a while to get to the window just to find out more then half the order we just made they didn't have. Absolutely waste of time, they could have told us they didn't have the items when we made the order. We could have left andgone elsewhere, but no they didn't do that at all. Definitely the last time I am ever going back and I am advising people tostay away from this sonic. Very unorganized and horrible food service. I would give no stars, but that option is notavailable. We got there around 9pm and we ordered 5 blasts the lady who took our order sounded like she didn't care and cut off mid or... without asking if that was all and after that we waited 15 to 20 minutes to get up to the window and said "your order is thebiggest and our ice cream machine is acting up." So we pull up further and wait longer for our ice cream that we didn't receivetil 9:56 almost 10pm and the kicker is they had plenty of people in there working yet no one knows what to do and got our orderwrong. The worse experience I?ve had in fast food in a long while. Waited for over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, finally a... young lady with 2 inch long nails came out and yelled to us to pull up to the window when my husband responded we haven?tordered yet she responded by rolling her eyes and walking away. The young lady with the super long finger nails walked away andcame back with a pencil to push the buttons due to her nails being too long(I?m a manager at a fast casual restaurant andaccording to health code you can not have nails over a certain length nor can you have all those designs and such) I than wasfinally able to order 21 minutes later. My order total was $27.53 I only had a $20 dollar bill, a $5 dollar bill and a $100dollar bill I was told I had to take something off my order because they could not take a $100 bill under any circumstances. Be prepared to wait over 37minutes for your order. Then when you do receive it, the order is incomplete when you go to get it... corrected you are advised to go on the app. Poor customer service. Unbelievable. This was a terrible visit. Associates are intheir vehicles, just relaxing while people are waiting. No sense of urgency at this location. When you go to get your orderright, it takes them 5min to answer the speaker, and they tell you ?tell the man in his car what you need so we can fix it. Theman was in a green Toyota SUV just relaxing and another one in a silver ford 4door just relaxing as well. Look at your CCTV. Ipulled in to stall 18 at 9:00pm black Audi SUV and I left at 9:47. Your associates were in stall 1 and 6. I?d like some one tocontact me, so we can discuss my refund of $38. A word of advice for the owner, get a new staff. Read more
