Horrible! Order was messed up!!! Ordered for 8 employees. 2 Burgers were left out-never even got them! I called, I was asked to... return & they would take care of me. I drive back up, however, they wanted my food that was messed up/missing/cold?so managercould see it, then throw away!?! Why wasn?t I told that when I called??? The refused 2 correct anything! I reordered 5 items &had to pay again for them!!! This is the worst experience I have ever had w/ a fast food company. Once again horrible! Poorbusiness etiquette, unfair decision making, unworthy representation of Sonic. Unbelievable!!! Read more
Updated: Mobile app order for specific items and time. Arrived with only 1 vehicle at facility. They failed to bring food even... when the screen said "Kassie" was on her way. They helped 12 others who arrived after me. I had to walk up and complain to getan apology with cold, crushed food. Drinks were good but again, they are about 80% ice. Still consistently horrible service ifyou use the app. Old review: Asked for "light ice" but got a cup stuffed to the top with ice. I was able to pour out about 2ounces of diet Dr pepper. Don't know if they were being spiteful or this is normal but either way it's insane to pay $2.49 for alarge cup of ice. Food was hot but didn't get it correct. Asked for sausage burrito but got burnt bacon instead. They are busynow so use the app and bring money to tip because the app or credit cards don't let you tip. Read more
Over half an hour wait to get just two small milkshakes and two fries then another 20+ minute wait to get one soda. Great... option for lunch if you have no other plans for the day and don't mind soggy cold fries. Make sure to bring a book or puzzle topass your time there. I have given up on this place. The last 3 times that I've done a mobile order, they were completely ignored and no one came out....
