Stopped in today and was greeted nicely at the box. She took our order no issue. Got to the window and scanned my app bar code.... Then handed me one drink and proceeded to hand me another. Only headache I had was the first drink (of 2) was so packed withsmoothie it spilled out in the car and all over the place (my dog was blessed with island punch flavor) but no harm no foul.Just make sure next time to have plenty of napkins on hand and that the lid is on tightly. Overall 4 out of 5 isn't bad in mybook. Also just looking at the reviews on this location and I can appreciate how a franchise owner is going out the way to makeit up to folks. Not sure what's going on with this location. The last two times I have been here my smoothies have not been made correctly, both... made within a few days apart..The first time is was extremely liquidity like water...was terrible.. The 2nd time it was way tooicy! Couldn't go through the straw!. I think the employees maybe need to be better trained on how to make these smoothies.Disappointed to say the least..I always went to smoothie King because it was always my favorite but not here recently...And theyare more expensive out of the smoothie places...Please train better...edit: So I just visited this location again.I placed anonline order...I got to the window and tried to use one of my healthy reward points and was told I couldn't because I placed itonline! Tried grabbing a smoothie at this location on my way to work and it was a complete waste of time. Store is supposed to open at... 6:30 am. Arrived shortly after 6:30 and nobody answered at the drive through. Tried going inside but the door was locked. Theemployee inside opened the door and stated she thought they opened at 8 and could not make anything at that moment. What kind ofservice is that? Read more
Great staff and consistently great smoothies. I?ve been coming to this locations for years and will keep doing so.
I enjoy going here. Every time I go I know I?m going to get a great smoothie. Even when lines are long you don?t feel like... you?re waiting long at all. The team is great and how strong their leadership is really shows through them! Definitely keeps mecoming back time and time again. Read more
Unfortunately I've had to downgrade from 5 stars to 3. I love coming here but have had 2 sub par smoothies in the past week.... Hopefully I'll be able to bring this back up to 5 in the near future. Read more
This place is AWSOME! I walked in for my FREE Veterans Day Smoothie for being a Veteran of the US Navy and this awesome person... fixed me right up withing seconds. In doing so she was multitasking by taking the drive-thru orders and helping another customerat the counter at the same time. I noticed that she was the only person working in the restaurant. She made me a Strawberry/KiwiSmoothie and it came out perfect. I can't believe how fast and precise this person was. She deserve praise and a raise.
