Got two smoothies and they tasted like salt was used instead of sugar. I called the store and was told there?s nothing that can... be done and there is no store manager. It?s a very clean organized establishment, they have an employee that really stood out to me with his service. He had a necklace... with a cross on it he is the type of employee you?d love to have for your business. He was extremely respectful, professionaland well mannered the entire interaction. Even when he wasn?t helping a client he was still professional and wasn?t on his phoneor using profanity with other coworkers. My daughter and I went to get a smoothie today, I think it?s my second time here. I?m not very impressed with the Gladiator... coffee (espresso). It taste a little like soap but I think it could be the protein that was used I guess. My daughter got a Lilangel smoothie and hers was very good( strawberries and bananas). My fiancé and I love smoothie king but this location has messed up our order a few times too many for us to ignore. My fiancé... is very allergic to bananas and every single time we make sure to tell them that because it?s so commonly used. Today they gavehim a smoothie with bananas in it, even after we requested PB instead bc of his allergy. He instantly started having an itchythroat, getting hives, and could feel an allergic reaction. Luckily, he only took one sip because anything else could havekilled him. The girl at the desk said she didn?t put banana it in, which would only mean they?re not cleaning the machinesproperly.
