Awesome cuisine. A must is the crispy duck and the Thai crispy garlic jumbo shrimp. Also highly recommended are the three kindom... curry and the crispy ocean with many seafood items in one dish. We ordered Door Dash from Simply Tasty Thai on Friday night. After two hours the order was still not ready and I canceled the... order. We decided to give them a shot in person on Saturday night. The restaurant was crowded but we were told it was a shortwait for a table. While waiting I could see the absolute chaos that was happening. They only had two waitstaff, no bartender,and no dedicated host. The phone was ringing constantly and DoorDash orders kept coming in. The waitstaff had to manage sittingtables, taking phone orders, making drinks, etc. One pushy patron kept coming to the counter to demand drinks and at one pointshe asked for the water jug to take it upon herself to fill up water at tables. We were finally seated by one waiter and had toask another waitress who our server was after about 25 minutes. She was lovely and took our order. We waited about 45 minutesfor dinner to come out. We were there for over two hours. The food was very good but if the restaurant is so short staffed,which they clearly were, they should consider closing off tables and shutting down Door Dash orders. We gave them a shot twonights in a row and I don't know that we will be back. Read more

One of the best Thai joints I have eaten in a long time!! The service was friendly! The owner came out and talked to us and was... very pleasant!! The food was the super star here..we order variety of things, everything was exceptional. The appetizers werefresh and flavorful. The soup was out of this world!! The mains were superb and so tasty!! Super good food. Super clean and looks upscale... Foods are top notch Thai food...not like some other Thai place which are... mixing everything thing with pre-made sauces. I mean you can taste they cook food with REAL ingredients. Read more

I took a road trip with my family and decided to stop to visit Nancy who is the owner of this restaurant. Nancy and Justin are... my weight loss coaching clients. Nancy was so friendly and waited for us because we arrived there a little late that day. We hada spicy roasted duck basil, crying tiger beef, stir fry morning glory, bamboo shoot and chicken dish. We also had a fish dishwith some coconut sauce I believe forgot what's it called. If you are looking for some great Thai food in Jacksonville FL Ihighly recommend it. We had the Thai Sampler #2 and an order of roti to start. Everything on the sampler was perfect, it?s a nice way to try... different things. Entrees were pad thai and pineapple curry with white rice.
