Does not deserve a single star. Staff serving food no mask and talking over the food being served, no gloves, no hair cover.... Rude owner-manager. Yelling over my food while scooping from tray. Bad breath. Which means he was yelling loud enough and withforce for me to smell his breath across the counter! Yuck yuck yuck. Been coming here for yearsss-- almost 10. But today takesthe cake. Honestly terrible management fired a minor for needing to be home with parents after they worked 6 hours. The corporate agreed... with the situation and they can?t keep good employees. The manager will yell at all his employees and refuse to train them. Staff were all very nice. You show on a sign that you have Freshly Brewed tea, which you don?t. and you charge for your sauce to... go with Stromboli I ordered and was very good. Only allowed 1 even tho you charge for it. We were not given any utensils to eatour food. If you are wanting to stay open I would suggest being better equipped. My mom got spaghetti and still no utensils. Ispent $12.38 for low supplies for service. Read more
The worst customer service experience today. I will NEVER go back. I have been a loyal customer ordering a whole pizza once a... week for months now. I have been ignored when trying to order and experienced bad service but still continued to try. Today Iasked 3 times if they were out of any toppings that I ordered. They said no, we have all toppings. So when my pizza was done itwas missing a topping, (this has happened before) that is why I always ask. I was not happy and told the manager about it. Isaid they should have asked what other topping I would like to add or add extra of an existing topping, after all I am payingfor 5 toppings. Instead he acted like he wanted me to pay full price and that it was not a big deal. He refused to give me halfoff and I didn't have another 20 minutes to wait on another. He then lied to me said could not give me a pizza that was alreadyout(they have done it before) that looked so much better than the messed up one he was trying to sell me. He refused toaccommodate me at all. This was the manager that worked between 4pm and 5:15pm at the Avenues today. How does he even have a jobin the servicing industry? German Cockroach walking all over the Mac n Cheese. Told the cashier but it was never tossed. They served it to two people when... we went by to check! It was the same batch as it was not previously spooned from and the cheese was hardened. Disgusting. Read more
