No gloves while handling food Updated for owner's reply: Thanks for your reply. Yes, it was while the food was already... prepared. It was when she was serving the slices and putting them in the boxes to give to people. Ironically, the person makingthe pizza pre going in the oven did have gloves on. So it sounds like it was the opposite of what you've described. Read more

It's a Friday afternoon and busy at 530pm, 3 employees are standing around talking and "making pizza" telling customers they are... closed. If the business hours are 10-7pm, how are you closed? The other businesses closed are lights off closed. Many of us hadto wait in the line for Firehouse and hope to get a bite before our flight Read more

Took forever to get my food with only 3 people in line in front of me. Didn't understand why until I get to the counter and... realize the gentleman serving the pizza is on his personal phone having a conversation. He was in no rush to get off the phoneas he had to constantly ask patrons what they wanted over and over due to the phone in his ear. Pizza was blah.....Service andfood is terrible. Go to firehouse to the right or just starve. You're better off. Read more

I love pizza and was looking forward to a slice but this place was kind of disappointing. First, the sign says "fresh" as the... photo shows yet there was nothing that looked fresh. in fact slices looked ready and ingredients or toppings were sparse. Don'tknow about you but I'm kind of irritated by false advertising. Second, prices were absurd. I guess they have a captive airportaudience and appear to be the only pizza store. So they prove they reason why monopolies are painful: they can charge the priceof a whole pizza and give you just a slice Read more

I was not pleased with the dinning experience at all in the airport. I went to order food from the Sabarro restaurant in... terminal C, and the young man working on Thursday May 12 at 6:30pm was not attentive. He proceeded to sweep the floor for 5minutes as a line grew behind me. Then stopped to put together Pizza boxes, then went to serve food all without washing hishands. That?s absolutely disgusting and needs to be remedied. Read more

Just small pizzas here instead of slices you find in the mall. Pizza was just okay. The lady helping us was friendly. This is... located in the food court post security. Read more

The pizza is precooked and reheated once it is ordered. All the pizzas are about 4" in diameter. The toppings are not very... good. I give the toppings a solid C level rating. JAX doesn't have many restaurant options, but you may want to skip Sbarrounless you're super hungry for pizza. Service is friendly. It's also super overpriced. Read more

Very disappointing but one of only 5 options in Jacksonville airport. Essentially flavorless, calorie dense bread. They were out... of salads too so the only option was pitiful personal pizza, Stromboli, or breadsticks. Read more
