I've always enjoyed saucy kitchen. But today I went to the 7860 Gate Pkwy #116 location and didn't have the best experience.... There were 2 ladies waiting when I got there; they were simply waiting on a pickup order. The waitress told them they would haveto wait five minutes because she was too busy (2 tables with people there at the time) to get them their food and let them checkout. 7 minutes later, they were waited on. Then she took more orders. I had a to-go order which took about 9 minutes to make.Wasn't bad. I asked for some extra dressing on the side. She said that would be $0.54. So I handed her a card. She ran it. Ithen went to sign and it was $1.07. She was walking away so I said, "Excuse me." She said hold on a sec. When she returned, Iasked her if she charged me for two. She said she was forced to by the computer. So I asked her why she told me it would be$0.54. She told me to have a nice day. I understand being busy (they were not slammed); but if that restaurant needs to hireanother wait staff, go for it. But I do not appreciate be told I will be charged one dollar amount and my card ran for a higheramount. That is completely dishonest. Read more
Its so sad because the food here used to be so good but now its gone downhill. Their portions are smaller now and theyve tried... coming out with new foods like chicken fingers but its a definite fail - heavily breaded and bland both times I ordered them. Not much flavor in the skirt steak sandwich. Looked better than it tasted for sure. No fountain soda only bottles and the tea... tasted very old. If I had the option to eat here again it would be a hard no. Read more
Have been a customer since 2014, but we noticed a significant decline in the amount/quality for price over the past 6 months. We... returned several times to see if it was just an occasional bad experience, but the decline was consistent. An example of onedish. For take out we have done a bi-weekly WOW salad with chicken since we first started coming to SK. Six months ago we noteda significant decline in the amount of ingredients beyond the greens, especially the amount of chicken. Fast forward to our last(and which will be our final) order, the amount of chicken diminished less than a half the size of a normal chicken breast, andthe same was proportionately true for the nuts and berries. And this is only one example. Thanks for the run SK, we will not beback. Not that you really care or it matters. At the end of the day, I am sure you will show a profit. Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. I'll return with my friends. It has a great feel to it.
