Krystle was an amazing server! Quick and checked frequently on us and our meal. Vibe was amazing inside especially first walking... in. I ordered the steak hibachi and the veggies were great and steak was a decent portion. Tasted great and made in perfecttime. Hubs ordered the dynamite roll and he absolutely loved it. I'll never come to this restaurant again. Found hair in my food 2 times out of the 8 times I've been here. Don't waste your time... and money. 2nd time there was a hair in my bag when I ordered to go. The girl upfront asked me what do you want us to do. I saidwhat can you guys do. She said if you don't request something they'll just change the bag. The other manager lady or somethingmade it look as if I did something wrong. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read more

We sat for like 10 minutes to get drinks, sat another 10-15 till she came to take our order. We got sushi only so from time she... put it in till I saw at the bar was fine but it took 5 minutes for her to bring it.... BUT the saving grace was thedeliciousness of the food. Maybe my new favorite restaurant in Jax. Very fresh food and authentic flavors. Does not sting of "Americanized" Asian food. ... Obvious influences but flavors that ring true for those that have eaten Asian food in Asia. Good, good eating. Nicepresentation and I found the aesthetics inside nice and subtle, even with the lighting. Only downer is a small one but the hardwooden booth seats really wear on the caboose. :) Prices were in line with better food but not overly so. Portions VERY good. Read more
