We came here to the town center location a few weeks ago. I have only been to the one on International Dr in Orlando. They were... short staffed, but tried their best to keep up. There weren't a lot of patrons at the time. It was mid week in the evening. Iordered a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and water. My friend had a bacon burger with fries and a coke, but hisdrink came in a chipped glass. Luckily it was on the bottom so no risk of being cut. But hopefully they replace it. My daughterhad corn dogs and mandarin oranges with Sprite. I definitely enjoyed the decor. They had some Halloween photos and thechandelier in the bar area was very unique. Everything was really delicious. Hopefully they're able to hire more staff soon. Read more

We ordered this food, and it was delivered with multiple flies on the food. When I called the restaurant, the manager, Brian... told me that there were no flies in their restaurant. He did not offer a refund or help with our order. He said he would gocheck on this in the kitchen. We will never order from here again not only because of the lack of cleanliness, but because ofthe lack of customer service. This order was over $85. We threw all of it in the trash. Read more

The iconic jingle and phrase " Red Robin" is what drew me to trying the restaurant. Also the bottomless fries also drew me... in. I wasn't expecting the greatest burger but I guess I had my expectations a little too high. The french fries were greatbut I would not recommend ordering the garlic ones. They are drenched and dripping in oil. My friend ordered them and ended upswitching back to the normal bottomless fries since it was too much. My burger came out very dry and bland even though I ordereda mushroom one thinking it would be more flavorful then the standard cheeseburger. My burger also came out well done instead ofmedium rare. The servers were really nice and helpful when I asked for recommendations. Overall I would not come back but amglad I got to experience the iconic restaurant. Read more

This is another first-time perception review. If the Pizza competition war is about price, then the hamburger war or conflict is... about the race for quality. Red Robin is quality, however, the quality doesn't match the description which is why I rate it fourstars. Gourmet by my own definition evokes images of white linens, fine china, crystal glasses and perhaps the din of a symphonyor a piano playing in the background. These are good burgers but it isn't gourmet, not by a long shot. That being said, serviceis good as is integration of technology such as the table payment kiosk. I'd say the prices are about average, or fourstars. There is a good amount of competition in this particular area. ???? Read more

We went on a Thursday night. The place was practically empty but we still had to wait 20 minutes for a table. The hostess at the... front desk was very unprofessional but our server Fabiola was amazing. Our food was delicious and the fries and onion rings arecrispy once more! :-) 5 stars on the food for sure. Read more

I've always been a fan of Red Robin. From the unlimited drinks, to the continuous filling of steak fries, it's a great place to... eat. This location is no different. You have so many burger choices (and I'd definitely get a burger) that I always enjoy tryingsomething new each time. I love the bbq, and this time, I got one with an egg (I forgot the name). I also ordered a strawberrydaiquiri, which was good as well. One of my favorite places to eat every so often, they don't disappoint. Read more
