Q-Cup is interesting. To sum it up, great food trumps everything else. This was my first time, let me tell you how it works so... you don?t stand there like an idiot like me. When you arrive, just sit down. They will bring you a menu. When you?re done, go tothe counter and pay (they don?t bring your receipt). Order the combination pho. Broth was deep. Great variation of meat and thequantity is abundant. The tendon was cooked perfectly, probably the best I?ve had. Springs rolls were good. Boba tea wasgood. Overall a great pho spot in Jax. If an Asian restaurant isn?t full of Asians, it?s probably not good. This place slaps. Read more

My crazy teens wanted to try the Boba tea and we each got a drink. THEY'RE PHENOMENAL!! The older man that assisted us was... friendly and prompt. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who likes to try new things. Read more

Party of 5 enjoyed our meals and Boba. We didn't get any good service, it was basically "sit anywhere, what do you want to... order". No refills on regular drinks. However food was good and hot will likely return. Read more
