The food was decent, nothing blew me out of the water but it tasted fine. We shared the burrata trio. The Pesto was lacking... flavor, it looked like it was squeezed out of a tube onto the burrata, but the Marinara and balsamic glazed ones were verytasty. Crackers were crunchy and a good compliment to the cheese. I ordered the chefs special hoisin wings with Asian streetfries. The wings were perfectly cooked, all the meat fell right off the bone which was amazing. The menu did say it would be 1lb of wings, and I think they've been hit by the chicken shortage. The wings were very small but the flavor made up for the lackof size. The Sriracha mayo on the street fries was tangy with a good kick behind them. It tasted like kewpie mayo not regularmayo which was a nice change. I also had the Cali Brew cocktail which was VERY strong. The whiskey overpowered everything in thedrink, I was really hoping the coffee liqueur would've created a nice balance but it disappeared behind the whiskey. We sat inthe front dining room and, while the building itself is cute, it did smell a little musty when I first entered. I think I wentnose blind because overtime the smell was less noticeable. It was also quite hot in the dining room, like the AC potentiallywasn't working properly. I'm glad I tried them out, because the wings were delicious, maybe next time I'd try a differentappetizer though. I won't seek out prospect for my dining choices as there are too many other restaurants in the area that Ijust enjoy more. Read more
The food is always really good here. Been a few times and have yet to find something I didn?t like. The service is quick and... friendly. Would recommend for a fancy date night or just hanging with friends. Read more
Every time we come here we are blown away by how exceptional the food and service is. I write my review today on Memorial Day,... when we entered and saw a sign that they were low staff since they had given them off for the holiday. I would?ve had no ideathat they were low staff if we weren?t told. The food was amazing- we had the Margaret st flatbread and the ahi tuna andavocado stack to start. Then we had the gnocchi, salmon and Brussels sprouts. Chef Brandon is exceptional. We received wonderfulservice from our waitress Allison. We were personally greeted by the owners Jon and Sherrie who made us feel so comfortable andwelcome. On top of all this, the place is absolutely beautiful. Walked past here a few times and decided to check it out. Nice place to chill and enjoy a great meal. We ordered bruschetta to... start, and not your standard by any stretch but pleasantly surprised. Daughter had the crispy chicken and she enjoyed. Mrs hadseafood pasta and really liked. The chicken gnocchi, the chicken was stellar, everything else was ok. The customer service, the food and the happy hour were all great and I will definitely return. I sat outside with my significant... other and we enjoyed the sun, food and drinks. Lunched here this weekend. We made reservations for outdoor eating. We were greeted as soon as we walked up and they already had... our outdoor table ready so I didn?t see the inside space. The service is very warm and welcoming, food is delicious and it was abeautiful day to sit outside in riverside. I love the energy of the neighborhood. Parking can be a problem but if you?re ok withwalking a little bit, it?s fine. We ordered the roasted brussels, ahi tuna with avocado and the bruschetta board. All weredelicious. My friend ordered the watermelon spritzer and it was delicious and refreshing. A little too sweet for me but veryrefreshing for lunch. I would absolutely return to try other items on their menu and just to hangout. Love the place. Read more
This restaurant is one of Jacksonville's hidden gems. The menu is creative without being pretentious and the food seems very... carefully prepared. The beer wine and cocktail menu is curated artfully. Every member of the staff I could see appeared to beenjoying their work even when the place got really busy. The atmosphere is just comfortable and fun. This is going to become adestination restaurant. Read more
