The manager is terrible. He overcharged me - instead of giving me the combo price, he charged me for each item. He said they had... no lemonade and then I later saw this huge thing of lemonade at the other end of the counter. I asked for a refill of my tiny?regular size? Diet Coke and he was going to charge me for it. I then asked for a water and he was going to charge me for thecup! Chick-fil-A doesn?t treat their customer like that. Just go there. Read more

I was excited to see that Popeyes was open at the Avenues mall and there was a bit of a line so I had expected that the food... would be good. Unfortunately, the employees here don't really understand or speak English well if at all. I asked to have mycombo meal upgraded to large but they didn't hear me (or maybe this isn't an option). The lady was nice though in that she atleast gave me a large cup. I ordered spicy chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and I believe they gave me these small(finger-sized) blackened chicken tenders instead. To be fair, I haven't eaten at Popeyes for 5 years so maybe they have shranktheir portion sizes. The prices here were also atrocious. I don't know if this is because they have to charge a higher ratebecause of the fact this is at the mall and not at a normal store. For a normal combo for 5 finger-sized chicken tenders w/ areg side and one medium drink, they charge $13.49 + sales tax. If you want more than 5, you have to go with a family meal sizewhich starts at $22+ without any sides and comes with like 9 pieces instead. That's a bit too much to pay for one person IMO. Ialso asked to have Mardi Gras mustard as well with my order along with BBQ sauce. The other lady who was handing out the mealsfailed to give me the Mardi Gras mustard or BBQ sauce like I had requested so I had to go up and ask for ketchup (for mydaughter's order of fries) as well. The lady was nice enough and handed me the BBQ sauce but she seemed to have no idea whatMardi Gras mustard was even though I would have thought management would have trained her (apparently not). She eventually toldme they don't have it and I pointed to the sign above showing the sauce name and at that point the lady working the register hadto get the sauce because this lady couldn't really understand English well enough to understand what I'm saying.
