11/25/22 6 pm: arrive for inside pickup of our online order at ready time. Order isn't ready, no big deal, but they can't find... our ticket or name. So, the shift lead comes up and says "we're working on yours now", then asks what the name on my order isand what the number is again. How can you be working on my order already but don't know my name or order number (lie #1). Shiftlead shows one of the workers how to reprint my ticket (counter is full of other tickets). Shift lead says "it will take usabout 7 mins", I say thank you that will be fine. A few minutes later, the shift lead comes back and says "we are out of spicychicken, only have dark mild" (lie #2). I make them repeat this several times, like how is a Popeyes out of all chicken exceptmild thighs?! I then ask specifically " are y'all OUT of spicy chicken or do you just need to cook more?" She says "let mecheck" and then comes back and says "spicy will be ready in 2 minutes". This was the shift lead! The spicy came up and theworkers were still telling other customers they were out of everything except mild dark meat (lie #3), like they were trying toavoid making spicy chicken for people, or really wanted people just to take mild dark meat. Employees should not be tellingcustomers they are "out" of something when it's just taking time to cook, don't lie because you want people to take what chickenis ready at the moment. I just looked at the other reviews and I can see this is a regular occurrence, staff lying to customersabout something being "out" to keep from having orders stacked up I guess. Ultimately the food was decent (especially since itwas hot), but the customer service experience and lies were unacceptable. This is the worst place ever. Slow, rude and the food was over cooked. Didn't say thank you just crammed my change in my hand.... Biscuit were terrible, chicken cold and over cooked and what's up with out have Cajun rice any more. This is what Popeyes isfamous for. This place sucks Read more

This was the worst Popeye's experience ever. Nothing but 3 sides were available & Dark bone in chicken only. So sad, how's to... blame for this one. Now I saw why half the cars were driving off without completing an order. Made me wanna cry, really wantedstrips and could not even order a sandwich which was my second choice ???? Read more

Only giving it one star because I can't give it 0. Their lobby is never open and they don't know how to answer the phone to... find out if the lobby is open. No sign on the door to tell you their lobby is closed. Tells you there is a chicken shortagewhen there is not so they don't have to customize your order. Drive-through line is horrendous. I feel so bad for the employees. Popeyes doesn't seem to care about them, nor their customers. I've gone here about a dozen... times over the past few months. I never get the correct order (especially they just put any ransom pieces of chicken in yourorder no matter what you order). The employees are set up for failure and therefore they are miserable and stressed. Ofcourse, the customer experience is just as bad. These large fast serve food corps should figure out a way to operate based onthe level of staffing. Instead, the owners and leadership seem to be happy always failing their staff and customers. This has to be the worst excuse for a fast food chain. Poor management, poor service and inconsistent quality I?ve ever had. ... It has been that way since it opened. The kitchen had nothing in the front food bins. And they constantly telling costumers in the drive thru that it would be 30... minutes wait on chicken,or they were out of items such as Cole slaw and others listed for there side dishes. Not a good way torun your business Read more
