This place has very slow service. They keep walking out of the back door that is always left wide open looking at the line and... shaking their heads at customers. It is clear they don't want customers or jobs. In the open door you cab see then just chillingon their phones and eating in the kitchen, walking around not doing anything. I ordered ahead and when I got there, I sat there for 10 minutes at the window. The lady opened the window and said ?online... order?? And I said yes ma?am. Then she opened it again, handed me the food and drinks and slammed the window shut with nothingelse to say. Avoid this place. I have never seen slower people in my life. Dine in or drive thru. To watch it is amazing. They don't care and... half the time the dining room isn't open or the store is just closed for no reason. Tried them several times and I can't do itor even try it anymore. You can complain but they look at you like we don't care. They are lucky to have us. Read more
Where to begin with this location, if you're buying a small meal solo during lunch you normally get a decent meal, but by god if... you try to come here to order for your family during dinner, they consistently get the order wrong, for example in my photo Iordered 10pc deal half spicy/mild they made me wait after paying at 5:26pm till almost 5:53 PM up by the door to hand me 10 pcsall Mild plus stone cold fries and 8pc of nuggets so small my thumb's nail was bigger than some of them, please avoid this placeat all costs there is a location on university blvd that is better than this location. I get home from the drive thru and this is what I got in my bag. You pay almost $10 for a meal and all I could eat was my... sandwich... And they don't answer their phone so you can complain and get any help. It's not worth the gas money to drive backand complain to a staff who are very rude and not friendly. How do I describe the food that comes out this 'establishment'... think of if you ordered a chicken sandwich from a bowling... alley (i know questionable to begin with) ..., wait 20 minutes then get a cold inedible 'sandwich' that the chicken is 90%breading/fat/tendon and stale bread? Mayonnaise on a sandwich without requested. Now I know what you're thinking we'll they'reusually busy... I went at 12pm on a Saturday and the only person in line. 40 minutes to place order and another 35 to get it. They asked 4 patience limited staff, but then when everything in the order... was wrong and cold and disgusting I have to leave a bad review. I didn't check the order before leaving because I trusted theguy, we had a conversation about my order spicy, extra for cole slaw, french fries please yada yada so I think that it wasmaybe on purpose I'm not sure they could have custom made everyone's meal for the time we waited but everything was cold anddisgusting I will never go back to Popeyes. I came into Popeyes on Merrill Rd. yesterday for my lunch and I had the best experience I could ever ask for. Everyone was so... friendly and hands on the whole time. I was so grateful for the fast service and my food was served hot and fresh! This isdefinitely my new favorite spot !! Read more
