The manager was soooo nice, even though I had to wait for my food, I didn't mind, they made everything fresh and she was very... generous in looking out for me while I waited. The manager Caucasian female. Very very awesome .I love her. Now it's a heavy set black lady very rude. How she talks to us in... the lobby while me and my friends are conversation about something personal in our lives. She goes to tell us how we can'tdiscuss that and this and that. On Saturday October 1st I made an on-line/mobile order at the 649 McDuff ave Location in Jacksonville, Fl .... I made the... on-line order due to negative past experiences with Popeyes...I've waited 30+ minutes waiting in line or the parking lot for anorder because the mobile orders took precedence... Needless to say I've left popeyes very frustrated and upset on more than oneoccasion... "I would've been better off preparing my chicken at home " Is the way I felt to sum it up, vowing never to returnand spend my hard earned money at such an establishment but as time would pass I'd decide to give Popeyes another chance onlyto be disappointed and reminding myself why I stayed away for so long... So on Oct 1 I decided to try Popeyes AGAIN by making amobile order which was made at 4:49 Pm at the 649 McDuff ave location.... I waited 10 minutes before I left home to give yourstaff time to prepare the order. When I arrived the first of my frustrations began ,I waited about 7 minutes before anyone evenacknowledge me to take my order...I informed the manager/ cashier that I made a mobile order and I was there to pick it up, sheasked what was the name on the order I gave her the name and order number, which was 41.... she recalled an order that wasn'tmine when I told her that was not the order I made she then sounded and appeared to be annoyed with me , sensing herfrustration I told her " That's why I gave you a name and an order number." Then as luck would have it her computer restartedon its on so I had to wait an additional 5 minutes for it to reboot, then she saw the order I made..... Now nearly 15 minutesof my time was wasted before they even started making my order which I placed 25 minutes prior mobily... This could have been MUCH worse. It took 20 minutes to get my food to me in the drive thru, but the cashier, Isaiah, was just so... calm and cool and professional. He was working all by himself covering front and back, cooking and bagging. The rest of his crewall went on break at the same time and left him stranded. I sat at the drive thru for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. Which I understand, under staffed... The lady that took... my order was very nice and professional. However, my food was absolutely disgusting. I had a original chicken sandwich and 3pcs. The sandwich was just a LOT of mayo, chicken had a spec of breading lol The 3 PC was even more bland.
