Check online before going. They close at 10pm. Got there 858pm. CSR claims they are making last drop of the night and don't... have the 12 piece bundle I wanted because the two cars in front of me already got most of it. I asked what were they serving.There was some internal communications and he finally asked what side I wanted with my bundle. There was no cajun rice that Iwanted and I forget what I settled for. I ordered ONE drumstick, ONE wing, three chicken tenders and one small French fries which was over $20. The service was very... unprofessional and hood like. And the chicken was VERY dry, lukewarm, and tasted like it was cooked in very old GREASE! Thewhole experience made me swear off Popeye's forever despite the location. YUCK! Read more

Bad vibes. Front staff was obviously agitated by something. Zero courtesy. No smiles. No manners. Had to wait in line to get... cup lids, (which 3 were thrown on top of the tea dispenser like dogs) and went back in the restaurant for utensils for oursides. I was patient and polite and made no remarks. Coca-Cola was out, Chicken was ok red beans and rice was dry. I don?tknow, but Popeyes usually got at least 1 person working there with a bad attitude, that's just the way Popeyes is?but this placeright here? First of all the wait was well over 25 minutes for only four cars in the drive-thru and no one on the inside I consider that to... be pretty ridiculous. Secondly, you arrived at the speaker after this long wait and no one acknowledged you for another fiveminutes, after you greeted them. Thirdly, you get to the window. There's three managers laughing and talking while you have beenwaiting. Frustrating. Lastly, The biggest issue I had with them as a manager you would think common sense and math would be astrong subject in your line of business. But no..... Far from the truth I handed the male manager $2 in cash and a debit cardThe manager returns to the window stating to me I don't understand why you handed me the $2 you had enough on the card? I gave ablank stare for a second and responded. It's not the point of me having enough on my card. It's the point of me handing you the$2 for you to use in cash regardless of how much is in my account. He decided to go back and forth with me and call me crazy andtell me to get on from his window. It's always very hit or miss. This time around I ordered a 5 piece spicy chicken special. 3 of the 5 tasted like regular fried... chicken. They also had a very oily aftertaste. Service was very quick and staff was courteous enough. Read more
