Probably the worst Popeyes experience. Avoid this one and drive 5 miles to the next one. Lobby will probably be closed. Manager... is an A hole. Lady working drive through wasn't very nice either. Employees can't seem to achieve the most simplest of tasks...when i ordered on uber eats they made my food but never clicked... "ready for pick up" even after I call and explained that was all they needed to do. Order stayed in preparing status for over anhour and then they closed. Read more

Have tried to maintain patronage here, as it is the only one in Mandarin. At drive-through was told to wait to order at window.... There were 5 cars ahead of us. We chose to then park and go inside. There were 4 customers ahead of us. Waited 40 minutes toorder. The roof was leaking in multiple places. The owner needs to come here regularly and fix the issues with the building forsure. Awful in every way. The drive thru speaker has been broken for months. It is not efficient to take orders at the pay window. I... haven?t gone here since the chicken sandwich craze and hoped the experience would be better when I recently went back to try thebuffalo ranch chicken sandwich. The wait in the drive thru line is much too long due to the aforementioned broken speaker. Onceat the window I could only see 2 employees in the entire store?one taking my order, one with a mop walking into the dining area.The window employee was taking payments, filling drinks, fulfilling orders with food taken from under the heat lights. Who knowhow long ago that food was cooked and out there. The fries I got were room temperature. I asked for a medium fry and got asmall. The sandwich didn?t even have ranch on it. I wasn?t given a receipt either. 100% not worth the time in line nor the moneyspent. I just don?t understand how a fast food restaurant can still be in business with these kind of issues. I am a fan of Popeyes Chicken but this location has seen better days. Every Table dirty, no lights in the parking lot, NO Cajun... rice, l ordered sweet tea, received unsweetened. I took it back and was told they were out and to busy to make it. When I wasleaving they were still selling sweet tea to customers and just giving them unsweetened.
