If I could give 0 stars I definitely would!! The last 3 times I have attempted to give them my business their attitudes were... just downright ugly and off putting. The girl at the drive thru window (the mic/menu was broke so had to place the order at thewindow) a few days ago was too concerned with her cellphone to actually hear my order so she kept saying ?huh? and ?what?. Shereally acted as if I was bothering her so I said never-mind because obviously customers were not her priority so I went toSnappers. I tried them again for the 3rd & last time today; they simply do not care how they talk to people. I said that?s ok Idon?t want anything because of the highly negative interaction; I?m not paying for attitude, I can get that for free and went toWendy?s. This girl had the same attitude as the one the other day; they?re real comfortable with the disrespect. It?s like theytrain them that way and it?s acceptable behavior. Had to return 2x to get the full order! Always check all of the bags, mngr didn't want to hear about the complaint. She said... that they were overwhelmed with orders, to which I said that they have a screen, just make sure that you have everything in thebag. She blew up! Read more
Just had the rudest experience with the general manager I believe her name is Ms. V she said if I didn't want the chicken she... had ready I could just get my money back. What a way to show your employees how to treat your customers the associates were allvery nice and polite it's a shame and embarrassing to have behavior from a so called manager. There's no way she would have hadthis rude attitude working on a less urban side of town. Manager Tyresha (unsure of spelling) aka T, took my order after my husband tried to place an order in the drive-through less... than five minutes before I got there myself. I had to go up there because they were not answering at the drive-through speaker.He had said hello multiple times, whistled and started raising his voice after more than five minutes of sitting there to try toget some service. She was very rude and would not let me complete my order. Kept interrupting when I was trying to think of myside orders. Refused to tell me my total, when I pull up to the window I see that she is bagging orders AND the only one with aheadset on out of the 4 people up front. Other staff was kind, courteous and attend it to me in a timely manner, but thismanager definitely need some retraining on customer service. Read more
This Popeyes is the worst! No chicken at all ready which this is the 4th time coming and no chicken. Workers laughing n playing... around in the back. 1 guy doing drive thru and telling people they have nothing but shrimp at this time. You wait to even benoticed then when they finally do say something to you they are rude like your a bother to them. I asked when will they havechicken 1 kid said I don't know, the girl said 15 mins n what do I want. I told her and said with no wings please n she getsattitude. This has got to be THEE worst Popeyes in Jacksonville! The customer service is garbage! You all have attitudes ALL DAY! Why come... to work! I went to the drive through. The lady said real low, ?How May I help you? so I said hello. She said ? I Said how may Ihelp you?? So what?s the attitude for? Then she tells me she only have a certain type of chicken. So I say I can wait for it tobe fried. And she say that they not dropping no more chicken at 7:30pm. Smh! Why can?t y?all give good customer service? Customer service is horrible, always having to wait long periods of time for chicken and the sides are the worst in taste and... portion. This popeyes should either be shut down to lack or customer svc, or the right manager needs to come in make some majorchanges Read more
Every employee there is MISERABLE AND RUDE starting with the manager! The food was cold and they were missing several items! I... only waited because I had already paid and my child was excited to eat there at the time. I will never return nor would I everrecommend anyone go there!!
