Very hard to hear through the speaker. The young woman who took my order was very rude, short tempered, and unprofessional. I... absolutely avoid this location on Lem Turner, because this has been the treatment of customers for years. Look into hiring teenswho are proud to have a job, and treat customers with respect. These kids, all but young lady who worked the window wereterrible. I waited well over 15 mins for my order. I watched on employee dance while on a video chat. They forgot a whole chicken meal( cashier kept complaining about being hungry over) when I went all the way back k 30 min later... to explain, she yelled out , I put you food in the bag. Then mangr.came out and got it correct after me being upset andembarrassed as if I was trying to get over on them. My order was well over 80.00 and last thing I wanted, was to return. Iwon't be returning ever again to that location. It's a shame...the more you pay them,the less they want to perform. Went backagain, Manager was very upbeat and inviting. They forgot my large fries and the chicken was drier than the desert. And had noCole slaw. For the sake of that franchise, they surely need to step up there game. They use too be good a long time ago.They fired my chicken and it wasn't hot anymore because the place looked closed in the... daytime and was giving me the vibe of being deserted.My red beans and rice weren't the correct beans and I had too hard backbiscuits the fries were soggy and the same non existent temperature as the chicken.I guess that's how they do when u order a$9.99 deal off the app I don't understand. I always love going to Popeyes but you have to remember which Popeyes to really go to the Popeye's on Lem Turner and Roe Avenue... is they always have what you're looking for and they always have food available the Popeye's on Edgewood and Moncrief usuallythey run out of stuff really really fast I don't know why maybe they're not ordering enough food when they do order but I'vealways loved Popeyes food always and the apple pies are to die for Read more

Awful! I was not greeted or acknowledged by anyone. This was a mobile ap order. Big orange sign with an arrow says Mobile... Orders here. After another customer asked me if I had ordered yet and I told the other customer that I was there to pick up amobile order, I was rudely informed that the line was "over there"! Tone was very rude and when I tried to acknowledge what thesign and the ap were directing to do, again, rudely told that the line was "over there". The store is dirty and the employeesjust as nasty! This location is complete garbage. The employees are so unprofessional that you?d think you were in the twilight zone. I have... never been treated so poorly in my life. I went here with my family on a Sunday afternoon about 2 pm. We sat in the drive thru for over 45 minutes. The food was not... fresh and they gave us mashed potatoes instead of Mac n cheese. We found out later they gave us apple pies instead of strawberrycheesecake pies. We had to wait additional time for them to make the Mac n cheese. We were not the only ones with wrong orders.The employees were either high or simply did not care at all. Very sad this Franchisee cannot be making any profit from abusiness that should do well.
