I had a bad experience at Popeyes yesterday and found myself upset with what I ordered . Most company?s don?t make callbacks to... correct a problem. Soutel store manager gave me a call to correct a bad service experience. She was polite and soft spoken .Very apologetic and kind with her words. Ms. Kesha or Ms.Kisha has shown care for her customers . To make a call to apologizefor something she didn?t do wrong. I wish there was more managers that cared about their customers the way she cares about herstore and Customer service. Thank you ma?am for taking the time out to call back and forgiving time to correct an issue that wasmade by someone else. If, anyone is reading this ? I come in after work three times a week and I?ve watched this manager busther butt and staying in top of her employees. Worst Popeye's experience EVER!!!! I'm used to long waits at Popeyes. Or, the drive thru speaker don't work and you can't place... your order until you get to the window and you have to wait 45 minutes to do so and get stuck in the line because there's nosecond lane to go around. But this one took the cake. I ordered on the app a large mashed potatoes. There were only 3 cars aheadof me in drive thru. After 45 minutes, I get to the window. The lady not looking at me. She's folding boxes. I honk my horn toget her attention. She looks at me and then proceeds to keep folding boxes. I had to hook 3 more times. I waited another 10minutes at the WINDOW. She finally comes over with ATTITUDE!!!!! I inform her I have an online order and just want a largemashed potatoes, which you know is already pre-made. All she had to literally do is grab it and hand it to me. I finally got myorder. I just couldn't believe the service, or lack thereof. If Popeyes food was not so delicious I would never go back againbecause you wait so long and the servers always give attitude. Smh. ???? Read more
This was by far my WORST EXPERIENCE at Popeyes . #1 after waiting in the drive though 15 minutes ?? the cashier tells me she's... only accepting "the exact amount!" I respond, who ever has the exact amount? When I get to the window she snaps at me and slamsthe window. Not only will I not visit this location again, I won't recommend it either. Everytime I come to this location, they are very busy, but I get good service and fresh cooked food! I drive out of the way to... come to this Soutel location over the one in Callahan which is closer to me. I just want to say thank you to all of theemployees who work hard to make these meals. Waited 10 minutes at the speaker the lady was rude and rushed me constantly had to repeat a simple order of a chicken sandwich... because she kept talking to other people over me which it's fast food whatever but then spent another 15 at the window before Igave up. Wouldn't recommend won't be going back rather take my money elsewhere. Read more
Got the new chicken sandwhich today. Only waited in line about 1o minutes. I was about 8th in line. The associates seemed to be... on a really good roll getting cars through. They were very nice and friendly. The sandwhich itself was not bad. Very large forthe $3.99 price. Well worth price. I wouldn't jump for joy over the taste. The chicken was juicy. Lots of extra breading madeparts of the sandwhich bread and breading only. Overall a REALLY good value that will fill you up easily by itself. Kudos to youPopeyes.
