Worst Popeyes ever, I went to Popeyes on 11/15/2022.. when I got to the drive through I waited at the order speaker for... 10minutes no line no one in front of me. For 10 minutes I sat waiting for someone to say hello. After 10 minutes I drove to theorder window. At the time it was a lady working in the front and a gentleman working in the back. After waiting at the windowsfor 5 minutes. The young lady finally acknowledged me and finally took my order. I ordered the 8 pcs chicken only. I asked herfor breast only I'll pay the difference, she said sorry I only have 2 left than I asked for wings she told me she only had toleft. When I finally got in, I realize the box was open ... No big deal right but all the chicken looked old and it was dry. Onebreast one wing all thighs and drums. Really bad experience. That was my 2nd visit the last time was a 45 minute wait and Ileft. But I don't understand why this Popeyes is still open. I blame the performance on management from the GM all the way tothe fryer. It's sad you can't put anything nice in the area because the ppl who get in management take the customers in thisarea for granted. Read more
The service at this location was great, prompt. My chicken was a little dried out in the drumstick and tasted cold. Not warm.. ... I couldn't eat my mashed potatoes and I love their potatoes, just not last visit. Read more
Mobile Order 436?The speaker wasn?t working, however that did not make the wait time long at all. They were fast and the drive... thru cashier was very nice and made my order promptly. Everything was right except the buns for the chicken sandwiches weren?tfresh at all. As soon as we picked them up and took a bite, the bread just crumbled????Didn?t want to drive all the way back sowe used Nature?s Own because the chicken was crispy crispy????No need to let it go to waste over some bread???????????but i wasstill disappointed cause the buns are really good???? After being told by Ms. Val (not sure if that?s her name) spicy white would be cooked. Waited in line for almost 25 minutes... only to get to the window to be told they did y have any spicy white to cook. She then told me that there was some mild whitethat had just come up. To my hesitation, I accepted the mild white. I only said yes to it because I believed her when she saidit just came up. If spicy white was not going to be cooked, I would have gone elsewhere. When I got home. The chicken was notfresh out of the grease. It was warm at best. I don?t think it was the temperature that the health department would deem to besafe. This to by far the worst Popeyes on the North. I feel like I was robbed. When I called her to let her know that that wasnot fresh chicken she said, ?I went through this in the drivethru.? The only reason I had a conversation with her at the windowis because she lied. She had to have known before telling me she would drop spicy white, if there was none to cook. PLEASEAVOID THIS LOCATION!!! We need to stop spending money at places where our patronage is not appreciated by the employees. Theyare not doing us a favor. They are providing a paid service. Ate pretty late, staff very friendly. Understaffed but we got our food and were happy. Spicy chicken sandwich was great
Ordered from this location via UberEATS. It took a while to get my food and then when I got my food they left an item out of my... bag which is the second time this has happened and only gave me a hand full of popcorn shrimp. I ordered the same thing a fewdays prior and was given way more food. The food is also way over priced online. Very disappointed and won't be coming to thislocation for a while. Read more
The only issue ever here is long lines but the main two managers are superb and they run it super good so it?s why I keep coming... back know you can?t guarantee staff but the food is Popeyes so nothing different just made properly Read more
Went home for a weekend wedding and stopped by Popeye's for lunch. Didn't know how much I missed the taste of real Popeye's... Chicken and Biscuits. They had everything I ordered from the menu, they were courteous, even the customer's we're nice. If Icould have pack them all up and take them ALL back to SC with us, I would have. will definitely drop in when I visit homeagain.???????? Read more
