Honestly, they try .. they tend to fight amongst each other more than with customers. They're food is actually good but lately... services hasn't been the best. I am unsure why because it's often enough staff present to prepare orders. But what I'm reallytrying to figure out is where's my order of fries that was missing from my box two nights ago after they said it was definitelyinside the box. Went to this Popeye's on the day that hurricane Ian was supposed to hit coming from another part of the state and I got to say... the service was not that good. I asked the cashier for the two piece dinner with no drink which is $3.85 where I am and shelooked at me basically like I was making it up. So I then asked how much one piece of chicken was and they said I think like$3.40 or something like that. I was in there with just my change this time so as I was counting it out she said oh it's $3.85with the tax.. sort of like she was encouraging it to be more than I could afford or something. It has been almost a month since I returned to this location and it has improved greatly. I had some issues with my order but... the team was friendly and made sure my order was fixed properly. James the manager was awesome . Definitely will be returning.Thank you all for working so hard to try to make everyone happy cause we all know there will always be a negative Nancy or KrazyKaren out there even an occasional horrible Henry ????. 1st off the guy delivering the flour got better customer service the the actual customer also we waited 24min for a 4 min wait... and the manager who gave us the food didn't even say sorry. They where out of red beans and rice, Mac and cheese, sweet andunsweetened tea and NAPKINS!!!!! None of the employees where wearing a name tag including the manager and no one was wearinggloves when handling the food. STOP! Do NOT go here! They used to be solid. I went through the drive thru. There was only 1 vehicle waiting at the window for... their food. After 5 minutes, I asked if anyone was there through the call box. I asked 3 times, no response. I thought maybe itwas broke. I pulled up to the window. I was ignored. I yelled in the window asking if they're taking orders. I got the cornerof the eye look, but nobody would talk to me. They were not under staffed, they're mismanaged. The shift manager was pacing backand forth messing with looked to be a hemorrhoid issue. You wonder how people get dookey parasites in their food. I WAS aconsistent customer to this location. Popeyes is my favorite place for chicken. However my last visit to the store on University was horrible. I sat in line for over... 30 minutes. I got two wings, a leg, and two thighs but the chicken was cold and dry. It tasted like it was either reheated orhad sat there all day. There was no meat on the chicken bones.. My biscuits was disgusting, I could not even eat it. The lady atthe drive through was very mean and rude and slammed the glass window shut in my face when she asked me if I would take spicychicken and I told her no. I am so very disappointed and frankly not sure if I want to risk another visit. I've told everyone Iknow not to go to that store. Read more

This Popeyes has went downhill. The food is sometimes fresh. The wait times are ridiculous. The employees are rude. They often... throw anything in your bag when they are out of something. Always check your order before you leave. Door dash orders takeforever, don't even waste your time if you are on lunch break from work. You will be late and disappointed. Read more
