We ordered food. They didn't take too long. The food was pretty good. The problem I'm having is they forgot the drinks. Which we... are in a hotel and we needed drinks. The guy said he would bring it right back, but 30 40 mins goes by nothing. We call and theysaid it would take 40 mins!! To bring us the drinks they forgot. That's why they get a 2 star. Read more

Missing items when ordering from this Pizza Hut (ordered directly with them). Tried calling them directly about missing item and... was put on hold twice and never reached anyone. You?re better off ordering from door dash or Uber eats, as they have bettercustomer service and reimburse you for missing items. Read more

I enjoy pizza hut better the others. Their crust is always crunchy. Plus when I ask for a topping I get one. There has been many... times when I order from dominoes and they are very stingy with the toppies. I will keep going to pizza hut. Read more

Terrible service and food! Our pizza was suppose to be delivered, after waiting over an hour we called the store, only to be... hung up on 6 different times. the 7th try a man finally answered and told us he only had one driver and he was out on a run, hewas due back soon! My husband decided to go pick it up, when he got there the pizza was waiting in a heating bag, there was noapology, no discount nor a refund for the prepaid online tip we had given to the driver that never showed! or the delivery feethe store charged! The attitude of the employee was horrible never mind the fact that when we got home with the pizza it wasdried out, no taste and ice cold!!! Read more

I ordered pizza and hot wings from the Southside Blvd. location. The pizza always tastes really good. The only thing that would... make it taste better would be if they were to cook it for just a few minutes more to get a crispier crust and not put as muchmarinara sauce on it. I really enjoy the wings from here, especially the mild hot sauce is always "on point"! The staff here arealways pleasant to deal with and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. After an hour of waiting on my pizza to be delivered, I finally called the store to see what was going on. Was informed that the... driver had gotten lost but the pizza would be delivered within 5 minutes. About 10 minutes later the driver finally appeared.This was what was in the box. I attempted to call the store back but my number must be blocked or something because it's only8pm, tried calling about 10 times now, and it is going directly to Pizza Hut's call center. Read more

Order from this location.... I should?ve hung the phone up when the girl answered with such a bad attitude. I ordered a large... pepperoni pizza. Simple. Order arrived 20mins late... didn?t complain. When I opened the box I thought I had a sausage pizza itwas so badly burned!!!
