This is the most ridiculous pizza hut I have ever ordered from. You order online n it says 20min. It's been 2hrs. I have called... 2x and they have no idea what is going on. The store manager Linda needs to b fired. This store is such a bad representation forpuzza hut. Read more

Firstly, I stopped ordering from this Pizza Hut Location about 3 years ago because the service and quality was so terrible.... However, my kids really wanted to try the new Detroit Pizza, so I reluctantly ordered it for pick up. 2 Detroit pizzas,boneless wings and an order of hot wings. I also firmly requested the crust to be crispy( ran through the oven twice) and forthe wings to be cooked hard as well. I picked up my order and headed home. Immediately when I got home, I noticed my hot wingswere missing and upon eating a slice of pizza, realized that the crust was doughy/undercooked. The old me would have calledagitated and demanding a refund, but for some reason I just took my loss and made a mental note to NEVER order from them again.NOW here is the twist, about an hr later the MANAGER called, I missed the call but if I could post a voicemail I would. Yes, themanager called me and left me a voicemail sincerely apologizing stating that he may have got my order wrong and asked that Iplease call him to make it right ???? Christian, I believe is his name you have no idea the smile that you put on my face. It'snot about the Pizza or the money but the sincerity and thoughtfulness of you reaching out to me first. I have not experiencedthis level of customer service in years from any fast food chain and I just want you to know that you are greatly appreciated asa person. Barely any sauce on the wings, and everything was thrown together. I called to complain and the manager said he would put a... credit on my account? well no credit on my account and the manager doesn?t work there any more! Walked in to get my carryout order and was in for a treat. Female employee had zero customer service skills. Male employee came... up to assist but also has zero customer service skills. Told them my ticket # to help them find my order then upon getting myorder the male employee just pointed at the order on the counter for me to verify that the order was correct. No thank you oranything. Come to expect that from this location so no suprise. Domino's here I come. Read more
6/28 our pizza was well made and very tasty. The thin crust had a good amount of toppings the cheese pizza was the perfect... amount before. The driver forgot our 2 liters. When I called the store the young lady christine whom answered was very politeand helpful in getting things fixed. Within 2 minutes of getting off the phone with her she was calling ti let me know they wereon the way. I am very pleased with our entire service from ordering on the app with ease to needing to fix a mistake. The manager tonight ?Jackie? (as she stated was her name) refused to remedy the mistake that was made of not including all the... items in my carryout order. Instead I was further inconvenienced to use my gas, return to the store and bring back EVERYTHINGafter my kids already started eating. No recourse was against the store for their mistake!
