if you guys aren?t doing curbside anymore please make it known. I ordered a large stuffed crust w fries today for curbside... reason being my daughter is literally sick and i did not feel comfortable bringing my ill child into a restaurant. When i pulledup there was an employee outside holding two boxes of pizza and like the app says for curbside (either park in a designatedcurbside spot which there was none or find an associate) so i politely called the gentleman over and told him I had a curbsideorder with my name. After explaining that he then began to read me back the order off the order he was already holding which iknew was not mine. So after i explained to him that my order was not what was in his hand & is probably a different order, hethen just walked inside and didn?t say anything and i sat for 10 minutes wondering if he was retrieving my order just to findout he was not. I mean the receipt literally said my vehicle description and * curbside* on it so after bringing my daughterinside (which was all smokey as well from all the grease fryers burning in the kitchen) to retrieve the order i get to my carand it?s not even the right pizza???? Another kind employee then remade my pizza which i am very appreciative of but the wholecurbside experience is what was the most disappointing. Read more

This pizza hut SUCKS. Called and placed a order with some girl name Stephanie. Nobody thought to say my order would be delivered... thru door dash. Even let that slide. Hour went by and I called and found out my food was delivered to somebody else or eitherthey kept my food without calling me or anything. Called back and Stephanie acted like she ain't even give af. No call, emailNOTHIN. I Had to call to find out. Smh WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PIZZA HUT EVER!!! Late delivery by over 30 minutes, which I understand, sometimes things happen. What I don't think is acceptable is that the... order was missing items and when you try to call the store, you get the prerecorded message that the wireless customer you aretrying to reach is unavailable. You then have to call Pizza Hut corporate and they are not Uber helpful. Do yourself a favor,order from anywhere else! Read more

I ordered two types of pasta chicken Alfredo and the meat pasta. It was missing quite a bit of ingredients in both. It was the... worst and the first time trying them pizza hut failed tremendously I'll stick with pizza which they name is apart of. Pasta theyshould give it up bad idea bad. I?ve had numerous poor customer service experiences at this location in the past from them not even making my order to... completely botching it. I had pretty much written it off but my son asked for it tonight so we gave it another chance. Tonightthough the problem wasn?t the customer service but the product itself. We ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and cheese bread. Soundssimple, right? Well, the cheese bread wasn?t precut and they forgot the dipping sauce. The pizzas were god awful. Overcooked andfull of large air bubbles like they never took the time to knead the dough. The bottom of the crust was paper thin. Theyhaphazardly put less than half the amount of cheese needed for a full pizza, then put enough pepperonis to be pepperoni lovers(which was not what we ordered). Sauce was non existent. It was the kind of food that is obvious no care was put into making it.Overall, it was low quality and poorly made by someone who has no pride for doing a good job or even just for making an ediblepizza. After dinner my wife and I agreed we would rate the meal on the count of 3 (10 being the best, 1 being the worst) and weboth said 2. So basically a 20% out of 100 or a firm F. This place is horrible. Absolutely an abundance of incompetency with their entire staff as a whole. I have never ever received... any of my delivery orders within an hour or an hour 30 of ordering. I can always expect them to take 2 to 3 hours for me toreceive my deliver order. Then on top of that, when I receive my order, I receive my order incomplete. I have to call them andask them?can you please drop off my entire order. Then wait again for another couple of hours. The staff there are always quickto credit back what ever it is that they missed. I don?t want credit back. I want boneless wings with my pizza please ,if youdon?t mind? In all my years of ordering from Pizza Hut?. for some reason this place can?t get it together. They are full ofevery excuse in the book of why they are messing up. I have had to call the corporate office with wishful thinking that theycould help and fix this matter. I was a big Pizza Hut fan..but this place just completely turn me off from wanting to orderingPizza Hut. If you want to order from this place, I suggest you order and pick up. This location is always busy so they may need help; especially at night. When calling in you may experience a long hold. Lately... I have been ordering take away to ensure I get my pizza fix.The service is much better face to face and the staff is reallyfriendly. They offer pizza at a reasonable price. The pepperoni thin crust is my favorite with the pan meat lover's as a closesecond. The boneless wings are delicious too. The tastemaker special is only $10! Have not seen this price in a while so I'vebeen eating a lot more pizza lately. Lol Read more
