Ordered a pizza online and waited an hour for delivery only to be told the door dasher canceled the delivery. Called to ask for... the pizza to be remade and manager said they couldn?t promise a dasher would be able to deliver it tonight. I then offered tocome pick it up so my family could eat dinner and the manger then told me they were closed for pickup. What a way to dobusiness! Makes a lot of sense. Read more
I just got the most pathetic pizza I've ever seen in my life... it has literally no cheese on it! I called they offered a refund... but said it takes 3 to 5 business days for that... I really don't care about all that but what a disappointment!!! Read more
Ordered a pizza for delivery- ordered about 6 items. When it was delivered we received one small pizza for someone in a... completely different part of town, we tried calling in and we?re placed on hold for 30+ minutes. We decided to drive to therestaurant to see what was going on and every single employee was sitting in front of a TV and there was a baby running aroundbehind the counter. We showed them the order we received and they asked what we wanted them to do. Obviously we would like our60 dollar order. So she made us repeat everything in our order and just placed it back in to remake the order. The manager cameover and I asked if we would get a refund for everything and he said no? were making a new one now free of charge, I said notreally free of charge because I paid for it and never got it? He said if you had called I would have sent one out for free. Isaid ? I did call and was on hold for thirty minutes and he was like well there?s nothing I can do. Not really sure what else tosay other than that but it was an extremely dirty papa johns and the baby was throwing the pizza boxes all over the floor whilewe were there so I?m not even sure I feel comfortable eating any of the food I?m getting. I would have just gotten a refund butagain? no one would answer the phone. Idk how this papa johns is still in business. Next call will likely be to the healthdepartment. Read more
Can I give ZERO stars? This was hands-down the worst pizza experience I?ve ever had. 2 hour delivery. Store wouldn?t answer... phone. Pizza was wrong. Pizza was cold. Pizza wasn?t cut. Just horrible. It?s been horrible for the last 5 yrs Iv lived in riverside. SMH. The pizza is so under cooked you can?t pick it... up with out everything sliding off. Paid for extra peppers. Didn?t get any. Paid for cheese bread. No bread. Called can?t get aanswer. I?m going to dispute this with my credit card company. Won?t be ordering from here anymore. Great, though due to the Gay Pride Parade shutting off every street, I had to walk a two mile round trip to get my order home to... eat my 17.00 pizza, by which time it was cold. Other than that, it was great. Read more
