Delivery- Ordered 2 liter diet pepsi and tried to deliver 2 liter dr pepper. Did not accept it. Mistakes happen but store?s... response was unacceptable. They would not give me money back but only said they would credit next order. The pizza was lukewarmand definitely not near quality from other St. john?s pizzerias. Ordered well done and the dough still came chewy. Driver left the pizza at the door without knocking, and it just sat outside... until I was wondering why it was taking so long and checked for it. Read more
I just placed a carryout order for a medium half pepperoni and half sausage and on the phone was quoted $10 and change. When I... picked it up I was quoted $12 and change. I told the cashier about the price discrepancy and she said I was charged for twotoppings even though each topping was only on half. Obviously the clerk wasn't aware of bait and switch laws or that by law theprice I was quoted must have been the price honored. She said she managed to get the price down to $11.75 like she was doing mea favor. It's only a couple dollars but it adds up quite a bit for many many customers and was after all a 20% increase. Yesterday I placed a phone order.while giving the credit cards number the call got dropped . I called the store to place the... order. AND they did a terrible job. They did not include 2 orders of appetizers, did not include a pizza. They failed to tellme that each order of brownie contains 9 squares of brownies. Instead they included and delivered 10 orders of brownies. Duringplacing order I was clear that the order was just for 8 people. All in all a whopping $205.00 (approx) bill. With loads ofunnecessary things, being very polite. The person taking the order was constantly putting my call on hold. If you need toorder food from this place make sure you ask for the receipt first when the delivery person arrives at your place,, open eachbox before you tip the driver and before he leaves your property. I don?t think it?s the delivery driver?s fault he deliveredwhat was handed to him All in all a very bad experience. I ordered at this place before hence I chose this place. Me and my wife decided to go to our local papa John's that we live behind for dinner. My wife was at Publix so for convenience... sake I called to place our order before hand, I was on hold for several minutes with no response. So I called my wife back andshe walked over to the Papa John's where there was no customers inside and no orders on there board. The young cashier, had tohave the order repeated to her several times, still wasn't getting the order right. It took one busy driver to stop the cashierthat was messing up. She input our order from memory of my wife repeating it over and over again. She got the whole place movingand all the orders out very quickly.. These are the ppl who deserve management. Wish we would of caught her name. Read more
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible! Will start with it taking the delivery driver 30 mins to get to my house which is only 10 mins... from the store. Ordered the new NY style pizza expecting something similar to what is advertised. Boy was I off base! Openedthe box to find a pizza that was cold, limp, and toppings so sparse I question there being any at all. It was so bad we endedup having to throw not only the pizza but the cheese bread away and ended up having order from another pizza place. Hubby isstill cussing about the money wasted on dinner tonight. Do yourself a favor and just order from Dominos or Marcos and skip PapaJohns, promise you'll regret it if you don't. Read more
I placed an order for pizza and wings on Friday, 10/29 for pick up on Halloween. I was having a Halloween party and knowing how... busy it is I thought I?d guarantee I had pizza by ordering an advanced ahead of time. I show up yesterday (10/31 @5:30) for mypizza and wings to be greeted by the rudest staff informing me my order never even dropped and basically they couldn?t guaranteeme nothing as my order was # 400 in their system. They were filling orders for people that was just walking in placing orderswith no care for the people that had ordered days prior an advance. I wasn?t the only one. I completely understand how busy of aday it is on Halloween for pizza. This is why I placed my order an advanced. The girl I spoke with didn?t even care. She saidthe best she could do was call me in 35-40 min from when my pickup time was and let me know if they would even get to my order.I never heard from the store and was never able to get through. I received an email later on saying they were unable to contactme so they canceled my order. I was never contacted by anyone. This was completely unacceptable that they couldn?t even makeorders that were made an advance a priority. I am so disappointed this is how I was treated. It was like no big deal to them atall that I had a house full of people waiting to eat. I understand it?s a busy day but zero communication or care from the storeabout the situation. I will never again order from here again after being a customer for many years. I was left with no food aseveryone else in the area was completely swamped too. While I understand it was a busy day I feel like I should have at leastbeen given the courtesy of getting my food even if it was late getting to me being that I placed my order an advanced. Read more
I've always liked papa johns pizza, but the last three online orders arrived under cooked and uncut. If you can't cook the... pizza I'll use Vinos or another pizza place. Read more
