WORST PIZZA EVER. Papa Johns is a regular good pizza but this place make it very bad. The worst pizza I had ever eat. We ordered... online with a Soda and once I arrived they told me the Soda was not available. I was fine with it but then I saw the pizza andtaste it, I was awful. Told it was a 2 hour wait after I ordered. Waited almost three hours. No delivery. Called twice. Last call you said it was... not ordered. No wonder you have such bad reviews. This is manager problem. No further orders from me. Get it together. Read more
I placed a scheduled delivery online. Received the order a half hour later than when it was scheduled. Then the pizza was cold,... incorrect, and the garlic butter looked nothing like I?ve ever seen. Come to find out, they?re using Grubhub to deliver pizzas.That explains why I couldn?t track it, why it was completely cold, and late. Read more
They lost our order due to a ?power outage?. But yet charged my account. Didn?t bother to notify me, because they do not have... backup mechanism in place to save order. I always get good customer service here. I dropped an order on the way out and they replaced it free of charge. Only downfall is... their delivery. I think they use DoorDash so it sucks. But when picking up I?ve always had good service and pizza is always onpoint ????????. Read more
I ordered a pizza, waited 1 hour and seeing that it didn?t arrive I called to the store, the person who answered the phone told... me that if it didn?t arrive in 15 minutes I should call again. When I called again they told me that they did not have thecorrect address , after I have already called once. The guy at the phone told me that the only option was a refund, I asked howlong it would take if I placed a new order, to which they told me that they could no longer do it since there were 19 minutesleft to close. Cold pizza delivered, both the pizza and the box. I would give a lower score but I am giving the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully... they correct this and make sure their pizzas are always hot when delivered, or at least warm. Read more
Paid almost $40 for a cold large pizza, popper appetizer, and a 2 liter. Delivery was 30 minutes late with a cold pizza, came... just after I called for a new one for pick up.manager did not approve refund, only store credit, WILL NOT RETURN! Read more
