This location has really gone downhill. We order to go a lot and many times our order is missing ingredients. The ingredients... can also often be subpar. Most recently I ordered the new chicken sandwich and there was barely any sauce on it. The chicken wasway over cooked and extremely dry. I ordered u pick two so I got the green goddess salad with it. I was notified ahead of timethat they were out of tomatoes however the salad came without onions and egg as well so I basically got a salad with chicken,bacon and three of the smallest pieces of avocado I?ve ever seen in my life and that was it. Is that really considered the greengoddess salad??. My husband's chicken sandwich came without the spicy buffalo sauce, the signature sauce of the sandwich? I amdone with this location for now and I don?t think I will be ordering from this Panera for a very long time. Read more

As a person that used to work for the company I was very dissatisfied with this store. Cashier told me I couldn't have my... sandwich on my preferred bread because she hadn't sliced it yet which by the way takes two minutes per loaf. souffle was coldand my overeasy egg sandwich was busted which made my bread soggy. It's very easy to not pop the yolk if you are actually tryingto follow procedures. Store had an old mop smell and the cashier put my for here order to go.... Lack of attention and effort iswhat made this visit so unpleasant. Read more
I have always loved Panera but today I was eating my soup (not paying attention) and choked on plastic. It was a pretty big... piece of plastic and it seemed like it was melted together in places. I ate 1/2 of the soup before I realized there was plasticin it so I?m nervous as to how many small pieces I might have eaten before that. It makes me sick thinking back to literallypulling plastic out of my throat at work. I don?t know how employees miss something that? Read more
Went in Saturday to get two pumpkin muffins and two tomato soups and grill cheese sandwiches to go. Muffins were placed in a... brown bag without a box, container, or anything to seperate them. I had never had that happen at any other location. I did notreceive a receipt at the register when given the muffins, which I did not look at when the bag was given to me, and when I askedfor one I was told that it would be with the other part of my order. It was not. I am very disappointed in not getting one.Customer service needs to be improved. Read more
