Have gone to the other one across town and figured we'd try this one. So happy we did. The best al pastor Tacos I've had since... moving from new York. The Mrs enjoyed her flautas. We were excited to try this joint out. We did take out. For the price of the tacos, we were expecting a little more. Also the... food looked like it just got thrown in the container, most the meat wasn't even on the taco and the food was almost ice cold (10min drive). Picture of one of the tacos, we had three different tacos, 2 of them most of the meat on the container not thetaco. Will potentially try again and eat there. But our take out experience was terrible. I have seen LOTS of places come and go in this particular unit of the plaza and was never impressed by any of them. This place... however is really freaking good! I mean the food comes out really fast yet somehow looks and tastes delicious. The drinks wereno slouch either and were not watered down or anything like that. Not to mention the server was really nice and she had anexcellent memory for all of our orders and special requests without writing anything down. We tried this place for the first time and it was really nice. The shots we got was so good and strong we tried the Mexican... Candy shot. The drinks were strong and the service was really on point and they were so nice. Food came out fast and it was sogood. I had a chicken enchiladas and wow there was a lot of chicken and I was so happy. Next time tho I will ask for more cheeseon it but it was really tasty. They do offer a military discount so don't forget to ask. The ambiance was so cool it paidtribute using the Mexican and US flag and it was about men and women wrestling. So cool seeing the masks. Came here after driving passed it several times. The atmosphere is absolutely wonderful but the food...the food is divine!... Delicious, authentic, and plentiful! Portions are perfect, not too much and definitely not little. The service is alsoone-point. Do not drive by this gem - stop in for a fantastic meal! Read more
Taco Tuesday at 3:00 pm First star: ambiance, pretty colors place, cleanliness was spotless Second star: service, our server... did a tremendous job, place our order exactly as we want it. (We are kind of picky) Third star: our drinks were really good at$5.99 in taco Tuesday. Amazing price/value. Fourth star: food arrived so fast and so hot and so good that was outstanding. Weget carnitas tacos, fish tacos, buffalo chicken tacos, rice, guacamole. And everything was in the perfect taste spot. (Tacos onTuesday are $2.99 all day) Lastly Fifth Star: the overall, we came to have a nice lunch, have a couple of drinks withoutspending to much. Ordered a "burrito supreme". It was just shrimp in a tortilla with lettuce, tomato, and rice all on the side. I was extremely... disappointed but the waitress said that's the way it comes.
