Treated like a machine. Must scan code, order online, no descriptions of food, staff extremely disinterested. Why not go to the... window and pick up the food myself and complete the dehumanizing experience? Read more

I stopped for lunch while waiting for a flight. Was told they didn't do breakfast but any more thar day but had to order off... the app. App identified a special and did not state it was breakfast, nor did it Blick me as breakfast, so I ordered and wasrudely told that there was no breakfast and I shouldn't have ordered it and would have to be refunded. Food came out dry andlifeless and really didn't appreciate the comment or attitude Read more

The only redeeming quality in this poor service experience was the female African American manager. The others...poor sanitary... habits, poor time-management, poor communication, and not even a tasty burger will ever bring me back. Read more

The food was good even though I asked for it medium rare instead of well done. But the dishonesty of the service is why I have... to leave a bad review even though I hate to do it. The server ignored my drink until I was leaving and I also took my food to gobecause my ride was already showing up. But I had clearly wrote a 1 dollar tip. Which the server Jasmine has apparently changedto a 6 dollar tip. My total was 20.78 for a wine country burger with mashed potato and was coke. . I would consider changing myreview to a higher rating if this is resolved but I was not to happy to see that the server had added a whole 5 dollars to thetransaction I would highly recommend anyone that ate here and paid with a card to check the tip. To make sure it'scorrect. These actions do not sit right with me Read more

No ingredients to make mixed drinks; only shots. First two beers ordered from the menu, the didn?t have.. Server offered a... free shot with a beer; then charged us. Very limited menu. The Cesar salad itself, was actually pretty good, but that?s notwhat we came for. For a $16 martini, they told us we would need to stuff our own martinis with the blue cheese. This bar hasno business being in business, and if it weren?t for the captive customer base with limited options, it wouldn?t be. Time tomake a change JIA. Read more

This Shula's is inside the Jacksonville airport. While not horrible it's not a restaurant experience. Food is ordered via an app... that you find using a QR code. That's all well and good. The food tasted fine and came.out pretty quickly. If you let the appsit then it screws up and you have to figure out how to get back to your order so you can pay. Also if you have more than onecheck per table the app doesn't work right. Not perfect. Area was a bit dirty and unkempt. Workers were friendly. Not sure whyyou're tipping here since there's no waiter helping you really. Read more

I used to love grabbing dinner or lunch at Shula's on my way out of town, the steak sandwich was to die for and you could have... coleslaw instead of fries on the days you felt like being a little more healthy. That was before Covid of course and I thinkwe've been at Shula's once dinner then and steak sandwich wasn't on the menu no mo. Tonight I traveled solo, so how better tospend an hour having passed through security surprisingly fast? Well, after waiting in "line" for a host/hostess, they said thatthe kitchen was "closed" and they were only serving drinks. This was 6pm and people with tables were still eating food fromplates, so I'm hoping it was a temporary situation but didn't get the chance to ask before the host had gone again. Lucky forme that other places were open for food and drink, so they earned my business instead. While I realize and sense his difficultit is to get staff lately, the other places seemed to manage, so do they pay more? Read more
