Pretty disappointed in our visit here. I got the garlic cream with egg noodles and Parm crusted chicken, and my chicken was... lukewarm and soft, not crispy like it should be. My sauce also tasted watered down and my zucchini was overcooked and mushy likebaby food. My partner got the Japanese pan with grilled chicken. The noodles were burnt and so was the sauce. It even smeltburnt. All a big disappointment after spending $30+ for sub-par food. Read more

This was our first time visiting Noodles & Co. It has the POTENTIAL to be a good place, but unfortunately that WAS NOT my... experience on this occasion. The marketing is great, but the food is not. My wife's dish, orange zucchini chicken something. Heronly complaint was just a tad too salty. My dish was Japanese Pan noodles with steak. That was my first time eating GUMMY lomein noodles since that was the noodles used. The steak was CHEWY. No spice flavor (there was a pepper next to spicy dishes onthe menu). To me lo mei. noodles is Chinese not Japanese but I could be wrong. My wife tried mine and she agreed with myconcerns about my dish. We both agreed not to try again. For $26 I would have paid more for better quality. With PF CHANGS downthe street, an asain food restaurant will need to step up their game. Why would a possible repeat customer want to come backhere after a bad experience with food quality and cleanliness? It would be better to pay more for PF Changs because of good foodand cleanlinest. Our first time here. Japanese Pan noodles with steak. Very fresh ingredients. A bit spicy but not too hot.

Not bad not great. Guess it's just okay if you're not particular. Korean noodles were swimming in thin gravy of no exact taste... we could identify. Japanese udon was undercooked, meat was thin, chewy and tasteless a lot of bland furikake. good amount offresh herbs like cilantro, scallions and garnish. Read more

The japanese udon is decent, but needs a bit more flavour. Korean noodles there is nothing korean about it. It's way too salty... and peppery and has some weird flavour in it. Very false advertisement. Read more

Whenever I eat here, the food is always fresh and taste amazing! And the customer service is always good, never had a bad... experience. They drew cute little pictures with a note on my to-go plates. Very cute, made me smile ???? Read more

I got the Spicy Korean Beef Noodle bowl. It was amazing. Perfect flavor, beef was almost melting in my mouth, the cucumber... really complimented the noodles. (I thought cucumber was an odd topping, but decided to leave it on, great decision) $10.45 fora small bowl and it filled me up. Other noodle bowls ranged from $5-$14 depending on toppings and size. This was my first time visiting Noodles & Co. It has the POTENTIAL to be a good place, but unfortunately that WAS NOT my... experience on this occasion. I ordered via the app for me and 2 friends. When I arrived to pick up our order, I was told theywere out of chicken. (We all ordered chicken dishes... which was already paid for.) They offered to substitute another protein, but the dishes were already made so the proteins were just given in to-go containers. The proteins had to be cooked, so thepasta dishes just sat on the counter for another 15 minutes getting cold. I watched this scenario happen over and over while Iwaited. No one apologized or offered anything (drink while you wait?) for the inconvenience, delay, etc. A simple "sorry aboutthat" would have made a big difference. Finally, getting our order, we got home only to find they had forgotten the cookies. (Iwatched 2 people, including the Mgr check the order and they were busy so we didn't take time to unpack and repack the order atthe store.) Maybe not a big deal, but the 3 missing cookies cost over $8... Now I have to call and try to get a refund. I alsowitnessed another customer come back for missing items. As anticipated, the food was cold. Pasta reheats fine, and the dishestasted good. I'm willing to give them one more chance in the future, but their mgt needs to get their act together. Was reallylooking forward to eating here, so it was very disappointing. Read more
