The spicest level of ramen wasn't quite spicy enough, but the flavor and atmosphere were definitely there! Service was fast and... friendly and they have great Japanese beer options. Read more

This is more than just a great place to get good food. The staff are friendly and attentive. The prices aren't bad, especially... for what you're getting. The ambiance is quaint and wonderful. The cuisine is amazing and always leaves me satisfied. This is agreat spot to go with friends, family or have a nice quiet date. I can talk all day about this restaurant, but if you go thereto see that it speaks volumes for itself. Read more

This was my first time visiting Modu Ramen. The gyoza, chicken, and kimchi pancakes were very good. We have a high spice... tolerance so the Ramen wasn't spicy enough for us but it was still good. The flavors were not as deep as I expected but it wasstill a good first experience. There was an extra charge due to the fact that we are a family of 7. It was an additional $25 ontop of the meal price. Read more

I gave this place a try back in Mid-March during Collective Con with two other people. I recommend the Lemon Ramen (pictured)... with an additive of spicy oil. Lemon isn't normally an immediate ingredient I eat in ramen, but that was why I wanted to give ita chance. It was flavor-forward and satisfying. The spice had a noticeable bite, but I can handle heat well. I really enjoyedwhat I tasted, and the lemon did pair decently with it according to my taste buds. I think the portions matched the price, Ieven had leftovers to take and enjoy later. The menu has a fair amount of options. I got a kick out of the arcade feature theyhad at the restaurant. I satisfied my Tekken itch while eating- and extra bonus points for having my favorite Tekken characteron the box! I'm from out of state but I would like to stop by again since my experience met my expectations. Especially if theystill have the arcade open for play (or that may have just been a thing for the costume convention at the time) Read more

First timer here. I got the Lemon Ramon which was made to perfection. The lemon added a zest to the chicken broth. And the fried... chicken was tasty and unexpectedly paired well with the noodles. I also got the Modu Spicy wings which were super crunchy anddelicious. 10/10 for sure. A bit pricey not too much, but enough to notice however in the end its worth it. Read more

Decent atmosphere and decent food. My wife and I both really liked the karaage as an appetizer. We had the Shoyu and Shio Ramen... bowls. They were both decent but the noodles were slightly overcooked so just a little too soft for our taste. Decent broththough and definitely a good serving size. Read more

Amazing flavorful ramen. We had the tonkotsu and tantanmen. Both broths were flavorful, the pork was tender and delicious,... plenty of house made noodles and toppings. Excellent service. Would recommend if you’re craving ramen. Read more

We stopped in for an early dinner and it was dead besides the take out orders coming in. Service was great since we were the... only people in the place. One of the things that drew us in is they make their noodles in house. Looks like they are doing someremodeling in the back by the restrooms. We got the honey wings to start and they weren't the best wings I've had but theyweren't bad. I think they use panko breading on them which I like but they were just ok. I probably wouldn't order them againsince there were other things on the app menu I wanted to try. I had the tonkotsu ramen add corn with mild+ level of spice. Thebroth is very flavorful and rich but not super thick. Mild+ was just a little less spicy than I like but I'm cautious, learnedmy lesson more than a few times. The chashu was prepared very good like they charred it and that added a delicious flavor to themix. My only complaint is that they put a ton of shaved scallions on it. You can see them in the photo. After one bite I pickedthem all out. That's way too many scallions Wife had the lemon ramen and despite having lemon slices in the bowl, the lemonflavor is not over powering. She mostly enjoyed it but didn't like the breaded chicken. The breading soaks up the broth andbegins to fall off. Hers also had a lot of scallions which she picked out. The broth is pretty good and was a change of tastefor me after my rich tonkotsu. There were other things on the menu I wanted to try so we'll be back. Read more
