Other than a long wait during lunch time, McDonald's is always a fast food go to.
Today I visit town center store. I have ordered chicken crispy sandwich medium meal and 20 chicken nuggets but he given only tea... in drink later I showed receipt then he has given rest of them but again he give only 10 pieces nuggets did not give 20 pieces.I checked my bag after I went to home.. it?s weird exp Read more
This McDonald?s is very adamant on customers using the kiosk to order instead of the register. However half the time the card... reader on the kiosk doesn?t work so when you go to pay you are unable to and have to cancel the order and go to the counteranyways. When the kiosk does work it?s always greasy and they NEVER bring it to your table like the kiosk says. What?s the pointof making me grab a table marker if you aren?t going to bring it to the table? Just extra hassle for me. On top of that when youdo go to the counter (either before or after using the broken kiosk) they always tell you to just order on the kiosk. You try toexplain it doesn?t work, you want to pay with cash, or you simply don?t want to and they don?t want to hear it. You?ll stand atthe counter for 10 minutes while they pretend you don?t exist before you get the chance to talk to a real human. However,everytime I have been here the food here is always good. ANOTHER horrible experience! I went in to get a Lebron James space James toy-I saw a little girl playing with one so I wanted my... son to get one?.the manager decides to take the last two and she didn?t have a kids meal box! She actually waited until I turnedmy back to walk Out so I wouldn?t snap a picture of her with the toys! It seems like this store always has shady stuff happeningafter looking at my first review below! I like McDonald's from time to time, but just because you are short staffed doesn't mean you shouldn't service the public. How... many more bad customer reviews McDonald's would need before they are considered the least friendliest restaurant of alltime. They open their stores at 6 or 7am. I wanted to walk in and order 1 sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and 2 apple pies,but inside we were instructed to go through drive thru. Not everyone has a car. Read more
