Stay away! I received an under cooked Quarter Pounder. Called and spoke to a manager and she asked me what did I want her to... do. I said replace it. She said, ?I will not.? These locations are mostly either downtown or up north, but mark down this McDonald's location among the many I will no longer... visit in this city. If you look right here on Google, the website, AND on the sign of the McDonald's near me I visited thismorning (9/1/2022), it's supposed to be open at 6am. But all the manager said as soon as she came by the door was"7:00." McDonald's has done this garbage before, and they need a better system to ensure they're not lying to its customers orat least make sure the employees at its local restaurants avoid doing so. They are always gonna mess up you?re order. I think they actually try. The hours are all over the place and often times they are... out of a key ingredient. The staffing is getting better. It?s usually quick. Sometimes they only take cash, other days it willbe card only. It?s generally the same thing on this side of Jacksonville. Read more

We wanted McDonald?s and tried to go inside when they had customers inside and they told other customers that they was closed... and only wanted to do drive through because they didn?t have a lot of workers and even tried to call around 9:11 pm and stillnobody wanted to pick up the phone and didn?t want to let anybody inside??.. please send someone that?s over Norwood McDonald?sto see what?s going on?.
