This was a very disappointing experience. Both drive thru lanes were open, but they only took orders from 1 of the kiosks. Then... I sat in line for 21 minutes before I reached the window. Once at the window neither of the workers even bothered to speak tome, or reply when I said, "Thank u, have a great day!" They seemed very disinterested and rude. I have been so skeptical about going to McDonald's lately because it is no longer FAST food. The food was fresh, fast, and... delicious! Everyone was very courteous. I work long hours so I'll order my food before work. Usually, when I'm ready to eat it,it's not the greatest. This good was still delicious hours later. Read more
I only go here in the mornings but since they've opened I've only waited more than 10 minutes for my food 1 time which was... understandable because it was a big order, normally im in and out in under 10 minutes. This is the only McDonald's that getsyour order right the first time with no issues. The staff is always friendly and patient and don't have attitudes even with anissue. Every time I come to this McDonald?s the bald drive through girl at first window is rude as can be. I asked for only mac sauce... and onion at speaker. Went to first window verified it should be only mac sauce and onion on my sandwich. Of course not. Can?tfollow simple instructions. She put add mac sauce only onion. Want 15$ hour but can?t place an order or make a sandwichcorrectly. Read more
First time, everything was great. Fast service, food was hot. Amazing. Tonight? Ok, it was Saturday, but I spent over 20 minutes... in the drive-thru and my food was cold. Went here to get breakfast. Most of which they stop serving at 10:30. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:09. I was the second... vehicle in line, 1 car in each lane. After 23 minutes... I still was not able to order!!! They either couldn't understand thelady in front of me or just couldn't get her order right. Then, when it is finally my turn, I order from the breakfast menu(which was still up), and my order shows up... Then the lady says, "Hold on." And everything disappears from the screen. Stopped to grab some cheeseburgers my brother had a craving. Wasted some time at the new order kiosks in the front of the store... as they were on but not fully functional. A simple paper sign would have resolved it and saved me about ten minutes trying twodifferent inoperable kiosks of the four there. I haven't been in a McDonald's in 10 years cause food and inside was nasty and rude employees. HOWEVER my fiance and I went here... to eat and get our boys the Halloween bucket.
