I want to give Katelyn a round of applause cause my slushie was water down and instead of the girls that was fixing drinks went... and look for it. The staff here always are kind, quick and courteous. Maybe some others who left a bad review came on a bad day, short staffing... is a real issue these days. As a business owner, I can feel that management truly instills strong customer service values andevery employee here really cares and takes ownership of customer experience. Read more
Figured we could stop here quick on our way home. Took 35 minutes in the drive thru line to get a large fry and two drinks.... Several cars left because of how long we were sitting in one spot. Finally came up to pay and two girls were just talking dramaand it took them about a minute to finally register we were there and let us pay. No one was even there at the second window andit took another 5 minutes for someone to come over and finally give us our 2 drinks and a fry. Will not be returning here. Read more
I'm reading this one better than I did the other McDonald's because this one when you go to the drive-thru they're always polite... they may be having a bad day but you can make them smile. And I also don't have to worry about my order being messed up it'salways correct. Read more

This was probably the worst location I've been to, in any state. The workers had no clue what was going on, their system for... ordering is all messed up, the kiosks are only for card payments but it doesn't actually submit your order into the system halfthe time. They have no cash drawers at the window, handing out the wrong food to customers. The poor manager was trying so hardto get everyone working together. I def will not be going back. Read more
