Although it was nice to have good fresh coffee, you shouldn't have to wait for them to brew a fresh pot during the morning rush.... They should have a fresh pot starting as soon as it gets down to half full. Read more
Suffice to say it smells terrible in the store, like a dumpster up by where the food is being made, one employee argued with a... customer and attempted to give his change without consent to someone else and complained that he wanted his whole change.Meanwhile another, ridiculously out of uniform but still serving customers, proceeded to scream to members of staff asking themto ?get her a blunt? when they get off their shift. Did not feel comfortable waiting in drive thru. I'm compassionate and understanding that we have homeless people in our city.... I'm even will to assist to a degree.. but it is completely unacceptable for them to sit DIRECTLY under or near the orderingspeaker. I also order 3 hash browns, asked for them to be fresh. When I got them...the bag was spotted with grease stains, butthe hash browns weren't even warm. Never again! Read more
Ordered A medium sweet tea got to the window the girl at the Window gave me this Chalkley asked her why isn?t a topped off as I... grab the Drake and she really said yeah I?ll complain about everything she continue to talk to her co workers stating that Iasked her to top off my tea first of the tea is only a dollar and that?s any size and I got a medium so of course I would likewhat I pay for we really just had a whole conversation about it and she rudely told me to have a nice day in my mid-sentenceletting her know I should get what I pay for , but I was only joking about the tea not being topped off! This Is Not What I Ordered. Bad Customer Service The Lady At The Window The Guy Inside At The Counter. Did not make my food... fresh. Did not get my food hot it was already made and just sitting on the counter. Cold Chicken Deluxe Sandwich that i orderedwas not fresh or fully loaded or sauced up. It was supposed to come with mayonnaise and tomatoes. My nuggets was hard and cold.My sauce was not corrected or fixed right as with the meal. This is the worst experience ever. Never again.
